This was my first time going into this store to get a new phone. I originally had Verizon and switched to AT&T and what a mistake that was. The service is beyond terrible I don't get wifi or service in places that I usually would. I got the new iPhone and there service keeps going out. I know that AT&T is never gonna fix the problem cause as long as there pockets are full then who cares none of this affects the people at the top. When i went into the store there was only one person working in there and a line full of people. I would never recommend AT&T to my worst enemy

Christian, Mark, and their Manager Nicholas at the AT&T store in Union are the best customer service people I have ever dealt with! Very professional and patient people. Christian especially got my android phone set up to how I want it and I came from using an iPhone! Left very happy tonight and would totally recommend them over the rt.22 store ? thank you for hiring them AT&T!

DO NOT COME HERE. I went to get a new phone and they didn’t have any in stock so they ordered me one and had it shipped to the store. The original sales rep was great. He assured me that when I returned he would set up the new phone and make sure to send back my old one. Well, no one called but I did receive a text message saying the phone was at the store. I went to get it and the only employee that was there tossed it on the table. I was like yeah I’d like to set it up here and he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have a box cutter. He watched me tear it open and didn’t even try to pretend to help. I then asked if he was going to take the old phone and he said no you send it out. I’m laughing because of how unbelievably unprofessional this experience was. I went to the AT&T store in Linden where they helped me set up the phone and took back my old one. I was told this Union location isn’t part of the AT&T corporate which is most likely why it looks like there isn’t a leader in charge. Buy a phone from Linden where they actually assist you. Do not give this location any business.

I should have come here first...Gabriel took GREAT CARE of me...He updated phone with no problems...I had a question about updating other line and he helped me that as well..He was pleasant, and did not dismiss me and he answered ALL my questions..Even when I came back next day be helped me..I will ONLY go to this ATT..This was my second time coming in the past year.Each time I left happy with service that I received...Keep up the good work..Customer service at its finest!

I want to start this review by saying I’m SHOCKED to see the reviews here that say Jessica was amazing because she is what prompted this lengthy review in the first place. I wish these positive experiences would’ve been mine. Wellp. I tried reporting my experience to AT&T but it’s literally like chasing wind which honestly explains why the manager could care less about her customer service. She clearly knew it would be impossible to report it to their corporate office— but I’m grateful for Google and Yelp! I went into this location hoping that I could finally upgrade my iphone. One of the reps was kind enough to start the process. As I was picking out my phone case, I noticed that the Speck cases were labeled “Speck cases 20% off” so I happily walked over and picked one out. Once it was scanned, the rep. told me that even though it was a Speck case, it wasn’t on sale because it was new. This made no sense to me because the sign posted in front of the cases literally said “Speck cases 20% off”. There was no fine print nor language stating otherwise. I kindly asked if I could check with the manager because at the very least, it should be honored due to the false advertisement. The manager Jessica R. came out and was rude from the start. Very standoff-ish and immediately said that the cases were not 20% off. She didn’t ask about our experience, wasn’t pleasant, nor did she even apologize for the false ad. After I responded by explaining that the ad doesn’t reference the difference between old or new speck cases, she simply said, “you can scan the QR code and it will tell you.” Then she looked at the rep. that was helping me and said “call me if you need me” and literally went into the back. No acknowledgment to me or her inability to help. She might be one of the most impolite and disturbing managers I’ve ever encountered. I was extremely taken aback and the rep. that was helping me kept apologizing but it was not her fault her manager sucks (for lack of better word). I then asked to cancel the entire transaction because I just didn’t feel comfortable giving a sale to a store with this Jessica as the manager. The next 45 minutes was then the most annoying time ever because the store couldn’t cancel the transaction. Jessica even tried to say she couldn’t refund me my taxes because I had the phone (even though I hadn’t even opened the box). She clearly was having an off day as we all do but there need to be systems in place to handle speaking to others instead of being disgusting to customers that just want to upgrade their phones. During the 45 minutes, the 3 additional reps in the store apologized countless times, not only for the inconvenience of the machine not working to cancel the transaction but also on behalf of their manager. NOT ONCE did this Jessica come out and apologize. She literally kept beckoning them to the back and giving commands which then they would come out and try. It was really disturbing. Why come to work if you know you’re going to be rude? Take a personal day, it’s okay. Finally, I ended up getting my refund and I left the store. I was able to receive help from another AT&T where I received my phone. If this location is a reflection of its manager it’s a 1/5 but I have it a 2 because there were 2 staff that were helpful for me in this process of trying to get my phone. Jessica, if you ever read this, as a manager recognize when you’re wrong and at least apologize. You truly ruined my experience at AT&T and I hope you’re more polite to other excited customers looking to enjoy their in-store process.
