I had a really bad experience with the sales person by the name of Henry who wasn’t transparent in the type of iPhone I’d be receiving . My first time ever purchasing in store I am an over the phone purchaser. So my ignorance didn’t allow me to ask certain questions I’d just a assume as a sales person (I’ve never been one) I’d be offered something only of the same value as for me it seems to be common sense. Well I went from a iPhone pro max 256 gb to a plus 128gb (why would I do that) in speaking to the manager I totally understand why so many ppl walked out with a purchase yesterday! Customers service and morale is very low. I will not be advising or purchasing from there again. Now I did go there once I didn’t realize they didn’t fix phone and I met a nice gentleman who worked there prior which made me return in the first place! Big mistake!

If I could leave zero stars I would. AVOID THIS LOCATION! I’ve been a AT&T customer for over 20 years, however, after this major inconvenience I’m switching to Verizon and filing a corporate complaint.
I went to this location with the sole intention to separate my phone number from my family account. I was told exactly what I wanted to hear by the rep (Anthony S.)- that it was easy, simple, and that I was eligible for a new phone (although my existing phone worked fine). I was given a new phone, told it would merge and my family could easily release my phone number and it would all merge and sync.
After several hours on the phone with AT&T corporate, I learned they destroyed my phone and I now had two phone numbers. Basically these branches are independent and it’s like a sales commission- they hustled me into a second number so it would count as a new sale. When I called the branch, they told me it was my fault. Now I have one phone, two phone numbers. What this location didn’t expect was for me to keep the receipt and trade in receipt- which counters their argument stating the phone wasn’t working.
If my existing phone wasn’t working, how did I find them on the side of the highway? As some one who has had a career in sales, even the management’s reply was sleazy. I learned these guys have a quota and unfortunately AT&T lost a longstanding customer because of this error.
again, PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!! They say one thing, swipe you through the paperwork, then it’s your fault. My advice to this location- stop having your employees lie and control the speed of the fine print reading. I got hustled and I will be sharing this with corporate.

This store is absolutely horrendous, ive been waiting a while for me to write this review to see if things would rectify but unfortunately it hasnt. I walked in to add two lines to my account and upgrade my current line. First issue was wrong address was put for the new iphones so i never got them even though i gave the sales rep my id but okay mistakes happen. Second thing was the wrong number was transferred over from tmobile for mt step daughter. Again another number issue. Now i changed my mind and got a samsung with my current iPhone to trade in. Now my trade in is lost and im not getting the credits. Dont go here for whatever reason they dont help they dont fix the situations they start. The customer service is trash. And i will be following up with their district manager.

Manager LAUREN ORTIZ is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I came to the store to change one phone number on my account to another phone and she preceded to ask me for the same number 4 times and told me that it was not on my account. I became noticeably irritated but I figured that it could have been me so I gave her my phone and let her read the number directly off of my phone and she refused to. She asked for my phone number and then the last 4 digits of the number she asked me for 4 times and said the number was not on my account. I asked for her manager, she said she was the manager. I asked for the manager who was above her, she said there was no one else. Come to find out that her manager name is Ralph but he wasn't there at the time. I asked for her last name, she wouldn't give it to me, I asked for he employee number she wouldn't give it to me so I told her fine I will take a picture of you to document who she was which i did and left. I left the store and went to the next parking lot and pulled up my account and right there was the number plain as day. I came back to the store 5 minutes later walking in with my phone in my and she comes to me to tell me to get out or she is going to call the police. I looked at her and said, look at the phone, you clearly dont know what you are doing and she said no I FEEL THREATENED. I said I have done nothing to threaten you but show you the phone number is there and you are incompetent. I took a step to show her the phone and she preceded to pick up the phone and call the police. I just looked at here and walked away at the point. She is highly unprofessional and incompetent to be a manager and then she threatened me with the police for no reason other than i guess my facial expressions letting her know that i was unsatisfied with her service and attitude. Please be mindful when you enter this store........If anyone from att or the store manager wants to respond to this please do so. My next letter will be to att corporate on the next available business day which is Monday.

It’s the Sunday before Christmas and there are two associates working in the store. There are 4 people waiting for help including me. It was estimated I will be helped in 20-30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and borderline disrespectful to the customers. Hire more people!

I had a very disappointing experience with Omar at AT&T recently. The customer service I received was beyond unacceptable. The representatives were unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but they also seemed uninterested in assisting me with my issue. I was met with a lack of courtesy and respect, which only added to my frustration. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this was incredibly disappointing. I expect much more from a company of this size, and will definitely be reconsidering my options moving forward.

I signed up for AT&T service, acquired a new device, and surrendered a trade-in. This involved a series of events that was triggered by a miscommunication in the store that ultimately led to me returning the device within days. AT&T was unable to return my trade-in phone, charged me activation fee and a restocking fee. Even though no one provided a written policy stating that they confiscate customer devices, despite returning theirs. When I asked to speak to the store manager, I was told that this directive came from him.
Additionally, on the day that I was in the store signing up for service, two customers had a disagreement with the supervisor on shift, which led to law enforcement coming to the store. I was in the store with juveniles and was inconvenienced by this, as the scene included the use of foul language.
The supervisor in charge during the incidence (Lauren), who is also the same supervisor resolving my case, provided minimal to no effort in resolving the inconveniences. Surprisingly, instead of offering a resolution, she called me and asked me to give an outstanding rating for my service at the store. Several other undesirables at this store left me very disappointed with their service, or lack thereof.
Credit to the store associate I worked with as he tried his best to assist me but was limited by his position.

Not helpful! Like they have a separate branch ! And the reason why im telling not helpful bcz everywhere i go they help to switch the phone and upgraded and here they wanna take the phone and not even give credit for that ! And overall ATt getting weak almost everywhere ! Service and data

A mistake by an associate here will cost us over $1000.00. Believe me, we tried to rectify the issue in the store and on the phone with customer service and customer retention. Please use caution and check all paperwork/ promotions before agreeing to anything.

This store’s representative made a $1200 mistake and the store did absolutely nothing to fix this!!! If I could rate a zero I would!! Don’t go to this store!!
