Bad customer service, 5 employees helping 1 person while u just stand there waiting, no “ill be right with you” no anything… then they tell me they dont have the part even tho it says they had them in stock for store pickup

My wife stopped by to pick me up some trans fluid the guy at the counter told her she didn’t need it and yelled at her telling her if she didn’t like it to go somewhere else. What a JO!

Easy to access, nice location. Some people are really friendly, one of the managers is awful, lies about store policies, and are rude when responding to questions they don't know the answer to. There are some younger people working that essentially hide to watch/play on their phone. So far they have had everything in stock that it shows on the website, so that's good (some other stores don't have that).

I just call this store in Union to ask if they do free testing and they told me that they do not have the equipment to do so.
So why the service is adverticed on the Web. Another deceiving marketing trick. So I would not buy anything from this store ever again.

Ordered the part, pay for fast shipping extra to get next day 11am and next day called twice to get information about it and they couldn’t find my order. When I get to the store they told me that it’s canceled because probably they don’t have it in stock.

Ordered product at 9am. Received an email stating order was received and being processed. Had to call the store over 3 hours later to be told "the order just came through now"(which was a lie) and then told the item wasn't in stock even though the website clearly shows it is

I came to this autozone to get some oil, but ended up dropping my cap into the engine bay. I went in the store to ask for some assistance and the staff were so very helpful. One worker by the name of Isaiah came out to help me personally. We spent around 20 minutes searching for the stupid oil cap and finally got it out. These people were really so helpful and saved the day for me.

The service here is good, it isn’t 10/10 experience. I’ll say it’s more of an 8/10 experience. The workers are kind, and I can easily find what I need for the most part. I’m in and I’m out quickly, just how I like things to be.
