Awesome stay and awesome staff.
This is my 6th stay in past 6 years and I enjoy everytime I come here. The only downside is that they’ve stopped serving morning breakfast.

My sister and I stayed at the AVE Apt for 5 days. It was a gray experience- best customer service. The apartment had everything we needed. Like that it had many places to eat and buy . Will be staying again soon.

The AVE Union held a Tenants Appreciation Week, and our company Rollin in the Dough Pizza was hired to serve pizza to the residents. The staff was exceptional, clearly demonstrating their care for the tenants. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, and the lobby and common areas were spotless. The large pool and proximity to the train station are additional perks.

My husband & I stayed here & loved it. The staff was great, the amenities were nice, & a plus was it being so close to the train station. We just walked there anytime we wanted to go places without our car. It's very upscale and clean. They had tons of events every month which were fun too.

Ave Union has the best staff and facilities. The stay here is so comfortable. all the staff members Svetlana,Snjezana, Kevin, Nicole, Ashley they are all so loving and ever ready to help you at any hour of the day. staying here the best decision we made after looking at so many other communities. AVE UNION IS THE BEST. you will not regret staying here.

This is 1-start deserving facility now, the only reason I gave it an extra is because this is my daughter’s first home.If you’re a parent, especially of small children, do yourself a favor and don’t move here. We have lived here for 5 years now, but are now definitely moving out when our lease ends. You’re constantly told to stop your kids from having fun.- Management is focused on AirBNB business than on families or long term rentals.- Kids can’t “run” in common area as they might fall - as if kids learned to walk without falling. It’s not that they’re concerned for kids, they just can’t handle energy of kids.- Kids can’t use scooter in common area.- Community has big pets now, angry ones and aggressive, one even bit a resident friend. But that’s acceptable to management; just kids are can’t be kids.- No pool toys are allowed in the 3 feet puddle of a pool, always full of dirt.- Even a brawl broke out this summer and cops were called when a lifeguard on duty was hit by a resident. Lifeguard has sued this place.- Some residents have started smoking in pool area, no action ever taken. Enjoy second smoking for whole family!- The carpet around the building stinks and is super dirty.- Some staff members give constant unsolicited advice on how to be a parent. You’d wish they mind their own business and don’t tell parents what to do.If you don’t want this kind of negativity and negative energy around your family and kids, then find yourself a better place to live.This place has staff with no tolerance for active kids - a no fun place - might as well be a 65+ only dwelling.

I've been at AVE Union for over ten years now, and the staff in the leasing office and front desk has always been superior. They are the main reason my partner and I have stayed here so long. The complex is also beautiful with great amenities like a pool, gym, business center and movie theatre.But the service is really what makes AVE Union stand out. Nicole and Ashley in the leasing office are such pleasant, sweet and fun ladies. Whenever I've had an issue, which is rare, they've addressed it immediately.Snjezana, Svjetlana and Kevin at the front desk are all outstanding. They are so friendly, efficient and professional. They always remember my name and greet me when I'm in the lobby. The AVE team is also thoughtful and kind. They even got me flowers for my birthday!!I'll be staying at AVE Union for a very long time.

Experience was 5 star! The residence is in a great area, right next to Union Station and it offers great amenities that were unbeknownst to us at the time of booking.Staff was great, professional and warm! I`m living at Ave Union for almost a year already and I can say, what a great community. My partner and I have found a home here and the great amenities and friendly staff are just something that you cannot live without anymore! I also have to mention the great team behind the maintenance, seriously, you guys rock! When I have to fix anything in the apartment, is just like open a ticket in the app and 2 minutes later there is someone knocking my door to solve the problem. Special thanks to Jose C. Super professional and always super attentive. Kudos!
