I purchased hair for my mom at least 6 times from this store. I always show them them a picture of the hair label and they give it to me. Most recently I purchased it and they gave me the incorrect hair. When I went back to exchange it the owner and the employee who assisted me with the purchase NOT only pretended not to remember the transaction but outright refused an exchange after I told her Inhad the receipt. When they thought I was back to spend money they were smiling and friendly as soon as I said it was an exhange they were rude. Never again will they get my business. Unprofessional and disrespectful!
