Do NOT order anything online! Delivery delayed twice - tried to cancel order and they refused. All you get is customer service OFF-SHORE you cannot speak to a US representative. I explained I would be out of town and did not want a rug sitting outside my door to be stolen. I'm DONE with al these greedy corporations, I will buy second hand from now on. If I could give less than one star I would. BUYER BEWARE — Read the reviews prior to purchasing. This company has gone so downhill. Ordered sheets on Black Friday, First was shipped to the wrong address, had to wait 8+ days for a replacement to be sent. Replacement was the incorrect item. Had to wait an additional 8 days for new replacement. Called every other day to check on the status and was given a run around almost every single time with different answers from everyone. “Oh it’s policy” “only our warehouse can give you a refund” “we have no supervisors available”
New replacement was finally sent (after 34 days from original purchase) and the item was the SAME incorrect item as the second replacement. Called customer service for a refund, asked for a supervisor and was told “I’m going to have to end the call because we can’t keep you on the line for this long - mind you it had only been 15 minutes). I previously worked in customer support and we would be on the phone for as long as needed, sometimes even 75 minutes, until a solution was made. Bed Bath and Beyond customer support is worthless unless you enjoy talking to a bipolar brick wall.

Bed.Bath & BEWARE
I bought an item from Bed Bath & Beyond online. I purchased the item about 7:00 a.m. I changed my mind almost immediately. I called the company as soon as they opened at 8:00 a.m. The representative said I was too late to get an immediate cancellation of this order. I explained to her that I only ordered this item an hour ago. She says all that she can do is put in a request for cancellation, but couldn't promise me anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was given the runaround for about a half an hour. Then I was promised a call back by a supervisor that never happened. I ended up going to PayPal for a refund. They are working on it at the time of writing this review.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FARCE OF A "COMPANY".

Tried to order an item from the app because I could 25% off. The item is usually 93.99 and was in sale for 88.19. Put on the cart. Went to check out. The item was then made to be 97.99 and they took the 25% off. I understand not getting the 25% off the sale price but how are you going to increase the orginal price of the actual item. And this is being done all over the entire site so please watch shen purchasing. If you use a coupon your actually being charged a increased orginal price. And forget about customer service. They are being trained to read ridiculously long explanations as to confuse the customer. This company should just give it up and close for good!!!

I will never buy from Bed Bath and Beyond again!
I purchased a thirteen hundred dollar Christmas tree.
*Horrible packaging: Boxes crushed, ripped and re-taped and unusable for repacking.
*Bent branches
*No instructions
*Tree sections not labeled
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - tried contacting 3 times.
The quality of the product did not meet standards for price I paid.
I would like my money back, but I know that will never happen, so buyer BEWARE!

Told me order shipped. It has not, only label made. So, they will not give me my money back. This company has become fraudulent. They sell items from their website they have not idea about.

Horrible customer service. They sent me an item by mistake and now are requiring that I pay for the replacement. I will never shop here again. Not worth the hassle and I can find better deals else were. Clearly, I am not the only unhappy customer.

Absolutely APALLING customer service. I ordered two light fixtures, and instead of shipping them to the address on my PayPal account, they were shipped to an old stored address that I had no idea was even in their system. They absolutely REFUSED to contact UPS to change the address as UPS told me they had to do. UPS could not change the address, but said if their customer service contacted them, the shipping address could be corrected immediately.
BBB customer service told me when I first called (which was almost immediately) that they could change the shipping address for one light fixture because it was coming from their warehouse, however they didn't even correct that because the next day I received a shipping notice that that light fixture was going to the wrong address. Both items shipped to an old address I had no idea was even on file with BBB because I think I ordered from them only once before, years ago.
I was finally able to get UPS to change address to a local pickup point (not even my home address), at a cost to me of $85. Then I called to ask to be reimbursed for the extra $85 in shipping I had to pay to get these packages and they refused to do that. This company should be shut down. In all my years of on line transactions, I have NEVER had such appalling customer service.

No one from America isable to answer the phone. I am unable to understand the person in South Africa. Not a happy consumer. I punched a RV toilet and within less than a week it started leaking. When I called about returning it and exchanging out I was transferred to a man that could not speak a man that could speak English. I am so upset at this time.

Jerks! Searched on their website for battery operated items, they displayed items immediately which I read the specifications but did not say plug or battery operated so I placed an order online without signing in. Needless to say it was horrible. Tried to cancel immediately but no option to cancel as guest purchase. Tried the auto chat which was NO help. Signed in and of course no order showed on account. Could not call due to they are not open at 5am. They offer text services, so tried to text begging for cancellation , no response from text at all! Signed on again to chat with a real representative, he listened and of course came back online to advise me the items were already at the warehouse being processed but assured me he would try to stop this…I got a quick email stating they are sorry but could not stop the purchase however I could return the items. To add insult to my dilemma, the items arrived , I requested a refund and am being charged $11 dollar prepaid label fee . I did everything I could to cancel with no help from them.. what a RIP off especially since the items only totaled $46. No more purchases to this company. Be VERY careful. Do NOT recommend.

Listen I don’t know what this is but it’s pure nonsense. I really hope this company comes out of business. I ordered a 13 piece patio set with fireplace . Checked multiple times because honestly this price is too good to be true. THAT IS DEFINITELY WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. when I finally received the item after it was late I received an electric fireplace. Called customer service to rectify the issue and they gave the nastiest attitude from the supervisor to the agent. They have definitely taught me a lesson always screen shot ur orders!!!!!

Terrible business to deal with!!! On line order came damaged and it took over 2 months to get any sort of resolution!
And in the end we got a teeny tiny bit of money back from the purchase and had to keep the damaged pieces. Crappy resolution but at this point I am so sick and tired of dealing with it I gave up fighting with them!!!
Almost call, every email was with a different person, no one knew what was going on and no one ever did what they said they were going to do to help.
ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL service to get anything (nothing!!) done!!!
If I could I would give NEGATIVE stars.
Save yourself the time, the hassle and weeks of frustration and shop elsewhere online!!

Found out $150 worth of "non expiring" gift cards are worthless.
"Old" gift cards could not be used online and after calling customer service, was told I could get $20 credit. Are you even serious????
Horrible all the money this company ripped people off in the take over just on gift cards that had already been paid for. Do the right thing and exchange for new gift cards. So disappointed with this company. I will not purchase from them again. Will stick with Amazon.

I purchased a swing set from this place and they sent me a used box. The box was brown and had tape all over it. No pictures of the swing set or anything. When we opened the box and started to put it together, we discovered that pieces were missing to complete the swing set. I purchased this for my granddaughter’s birthday. So I called customer service and they said that they would send the parts I needed. After about a week with no follow up call, I called in and was told that the parts I needed wasn’t available. But no call to let me know that. So I was then told that they would have to send me another box and I just get the pieces that I needed from there. (What an inconvenience) And the would send UPS out to pick up the box after I get what I needed from it.
I’m pissed because first of all why would you send a customer a used box in the first place? (Lack of Integrity) The all customer service wants to do is give a credit of $60…. No ma’am Pam! This has been an inconvenience for me and a disappointment for my granddaughter. You will pay for what you’ve done to me and mainly my Granddaughter.
