Nice store but poor customer service

On January 23, I made a Cash purchase of 5 uniforms, the brunette who helped me said that if I applied for a card she would give me a discount, it turns out that I never used that card and today the Community Bakn Bank called me saying that I owe them 132 dollars from the purchase that day and I ask why and they explain to me that apparently I made a purchase on credit and that the store processed that purchase as well as that I did not pay Cash but on credit, that is, in total I paid 96 Cash plus 132 total 228 For 5 t-shirts and 5 shorts, they blatantly robbed me.

This is unbelievable I have a photoshop tomorrow at 9am and I have order the clothes online for pick, bc was raining and left my job at 6 I couldn’t make it on time, this store closed at 7pm and opens at 10am, the staffs that were inside folding clothes saw me outside and I even called them and explain what was going on, I barely begged them to do a exception for me and just give me the pick up, that should be ready on their closed, the Spanish girls says no and no make a hundred excuse to no give me my clothes today. This is my last shop at this stores.

Nasty staff…. Poor customer service just went to return 2 items and Andrea and the manager said it was not on my receipt which I ended up finding!!! They didn’t even apologized… it’s a children store Remember that next time you give an attitude for not doing your job right!

Always good to shop in carters and Oshkosh BG’osh. Had less clearance items but something you can always pickup. Ample parking available.

this place rarely has what im looking for and manager denise is so unprofessional. was on her phone, then saw her screaming at an employee right there at the check out. will not be coming back
