First off the man at the counter kept wiping his dirty hands on his pants and did not wash his hands or use glovesThe ice cream we got was not what we ordered and he charged us for a large instead of a medium, the store is not sanitary at all, and the prices are all messed up

To my surprise they have very good hard Icecream in addition to their soft. They have plenty of flavors to choose from.

Great place. Great service. Portions are the right size. I’ve been to other carvel where they’re large is actually a medium. Here the large is a large.

I love ice cream & thought I'd try this place In NewJersey that is known to have really good ice cream. Being from the West Coast it reminded me of Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors :) Great location, has parking & the ice cream I had, Carmel crunch on a regular cone was really good. I really wanted the soft serve pumpkin spice, which is their new flavor, but the soft serve machine was not working :( Service was nothing spectacular, it's the East Coast so no smiling or conversation :) Good place to grab some ice cream if your taste buds are asking for it. Family oriented & good meeting spot.

The manager refuses to honour the birthday coupon I had just because I didn't go in on my birthday month, despite the coupon expiration being a week from now. Just absolutely terrible customer service.
