We were on the road and did not have internet. I called Connect10 and Tyler answered the phone he overnighted the modem and the next day we had fast internet. We have used this all over the country and always had great connection. If it is slow I just live chat and within a few minutes they have found a better carrier and the internet is good for working or steaming. I highly recommend Connect10 and the personal quick response to any issues.

When I contacted customer service, the “solution” was to send me an antenna to boost my signal — and then charge me $300 for it once it worked.
When I requested a return, I was told I had to pay my own shipping to send their router back — something never disclosed upfront. Most companies cover this when their product fails, but not here. Poor service, hidden costs, and unhelpful support from start to finish. ******
I am in Customer Service as well as we manufacture our own product and sell on Amazon and this site seems to gouge the customer for every dollar.

This internet company has been working hard for my family to keep us connected to the world with internet for 18 months now as we lived in our rv and now that we are going to be moving back into a house we are sorry to be leaving them if you need anything all you have to do is call them Tyler will hook you up and the costumer service is impeccable they have live chat and 24/7 service

Please do not use this Wi-Fi service. It has been the worst experience my son and I have ever had. I tried to make it work for an entire year, but I can no longer tolerate it. I'm currently trying to call them to disconnect the service, but the phone number I'm using is not working.

Great product and great support. I have bad cell service and Tyler and his group were able to get me great internet speeds and we're also able to stream TV with no problems.

This was our first venture into full time RV life and Connecten is better than eexpected. Wife works full time from the road and the campground is in a bad location for.cell service. We booted up and could not get a connection, alas, Customer Service to the rescue. They connected us direct to the strongest signal and it has performed flawlessly ever since. Thank you Connecten for such a great service.

I signed up for ConnecTen after being assured their service would work in my rural location despite spotty cell reception. Within 24 hours, it was clear it wouldn’t.

This service was great for a while but now I have to reset the router ofter to get fast speeds. If I call and have them check my service it is lightning fast for about a week maybe. Then throttles down bad. I even pay the $120 for no Throttling. What a shame as it was great for a while.

I want to thank Tyler as he personally extended my trial period an extra week to make sure that I could get the information I needed because my trip was extended and wanted to make sure that it would work at the next location and it totally did so I'm on board now

Have my camper in a very remote location where every other service / router / dome I tried worked marginally at best. Got this unit at a show in Feb and it has worked better than anything I tried before no matter what the outside conditions are. Have 3 TV's and several cell phones and it all works well. great product
