I had a wonderful experience at Costco optical. Tom was very helpful and considerate. He made great suggestions about getting computer glasses and was helpful when the frame showed peeling. Thank you Tom??

I was delighted when I bought two pairs of glasses five months ago. However, as time passed, my vision worsened. A visit to the optometrist revealed that Costco had made the glasses incorrectly, I went back to cosco and the costumer service was great and they ordered a new pair of glasses.
