I am absolutely appalled by the pharmacy. Very rude employees and pharmacists. They are not helpful at all. They catch an attitude with customers and are even bold enough to make certain rude comments so that customers hear them. Enough is enough. CVS needs to get it together and understand what professionalism is.

Cvs Pharmacy is horrible !! They don't try to offer other alternatives to the medication that my insurance is not approving! If my doctor recommends something it's not approved! Medicare is new for me and it's Sad Sad that my much needed Cholesterol medication went from 0.00 to $102 !! It's outrageous to the seniors !!

I tried to speak with someone in the pharmacy for five hours, but no one ever picked up. The message said the would return my call in one hour, but they didn’t even after leaving 20 Messages!!! What kind of customer service is this?!? It is disgraceful!!!!!!
