Visited on 11/27/24. Very bad service, it was empty and they were chatting between each other. I arrived to the drop off, made wait for a moment, then took my prescription and said that will take 1 hr. I usually go to the CVS in Morris ave, and get it with in 15 mins. Decided to take back the prescription and head to the Morris ave. I was close by the Union pharmacy, decided to stop by that pharmacy. Employees seem to be having a bad day.

I bought a diabetes test from CVS, so I asked the attendant, Mrs. da cvs union VERMELLA WAY, to recommend someone from this pharmacy to help me use the device. She said there was no one to help me. This is very bad because I bought a product from this company. She had to ask someone to help me. I am outraged.

The worst pharmacy ever, I recieved a phone call that my script was ready, upon my arrival I was told it was not in.
This is unacceptable they should hire more competent professionals to work here, I truly feel targeted and retaliated.
If I could give a half star I would.

Since I moved to the area, this CVS location has been consistently disappointing. The store has a lot of space available that could be utilized more. The shelves are constantly empty, forcing me to travel to other stores to find necessities and desired items like different lipstick shades, etc. The variety of products and brands, especially cosmetics, could be improved compared to other CVS stores.
In addition to the lack of inventory and selection, the store itself needs to be well-maintained. There's dirt and clutter on the shelves and throughout the store, which is frustrating. Please give up the space and let a better store move in. So many young people would love to go and pick up a few things while walking around the neighborhood, but this store has nothing to offer other than the pharmacy, which, judging by the reviews, is not on top of the game either.

The pharmacist that works there amna, she’s the best i ever seen. She helped me when the other cvs stores nearby couldn’t. we need more of her. She is just an amazing person. She has good team as well.

This particular cvs pharmacy is HORRIBLE. The so called manager is nasty. She is so quick to tell you to go to their competitor WALLGREENS because she is that impatient and lacks customer service. Don’t waste your time. The only reason i was forced to go to that location is because it’s right in my complex. IF YOU CAN AVOID THAT, please do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, someone who is called MANAGER AND WHO IS ALSO QUICK TO TELL YOU TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS YOU TO THEIR COMPETITOR does not deserve working for that company at all…
If I could give no star, I absolutely could. LADY DINT WORRY I WILL NOW TAKE MY BUSINESS TO THE AMAZING WALLGREENS THAT IS ALSO DOWN THW STREET FOR ME!

Photo department is horrible. I. Received prints ready confirmation, I went days late but before the pick up date. Clerk tells my son prints were not in system mother goes in... Prints ARE IN the system, but of course to their neglegance no "human person" pressed download button or whatever needs to be done to print the photos, she then blames it on the brainless computer.
So basically they WERE in the system but you know our "perfect" world. It was the computers fault.... so I just received a miraculous email stating they were ready??. So now I'm still waiting for the prints to print after days later.... they should have been in an envelope at this point. And customer service is like well....
Get it together CVS and alike with all you say you offer customers but really don't ....

I have been using CVS Pharmacy for over 40-years and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever regarding the products and medications. The Staff are phenomenal & treat us like family.The coupons are excellent. Overall, I will recommend everyone to use CVS Pharmacy and feel the ease of using this RX.

Wow!! I see why rating for pharmacy dept. Is so low. Lack of customer service experience. What a joke. I had to contact sales person in order to get heads up when my meds are ready for pick up, because no one or thing contacted me .and they still screwed it up. Message for young man with hair dreads, with the type of demeanor that you have, the last thing you need to be doing is filling prescriptions. Yes, I agree the pharmacy at this location is the worst . Everyone can post until the sky turns orange, nothing will change.

Terrible attention from the manager Amna Elayan, after having been in this pharmacy for more than 7 years, she suggested that I go to another pharmacy, because I left a prescription 3 days ago, and when I picked it up today it was not ready, because She didn't understand, I have no idea where she studied pharmacy, besides she is very rude and arrogant .There I published the prescription, which is very easy to understand, letrozole 2.5 mg, 2 tablets orally, once daily from 3 day of menstruation .
