100% would recommend this place, owner was well educated on what he was talking about and doing. I did my 2018 sq5 stage 1 here and would definitely be coming back to do my other cars. WOULD RECOMMEND!!

DT Performance is where you take your German vehicle with trust that it will be corrected. Sergei is the owner and his team of professionals do everything. Air suspension. Wheel bearings. Electronic issues. The prices are a fraction of what the dealer charges. If I ever sell my car, the repairs will show up on the car fax. This is a highly trustworthy and reliable service shop. I can only say that about one other place. That’s AKAR in Middletown. But I wouldn’t take a German car anywhere other than DT.

I brought my BMW in after a tune caused major issues — the car was sputtering, hesitating, and throwing drivetrain malfunction errors. The shop took the time to properly diagnose everything and found the exact cause of the problem when no one else could.
They were professional, transparent, and really knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Thanks to them, my car runs perfectly again.
If you’re having any performance or tuning-related issues with your BMW, I highly recommend this shop. They truly know their stuff.

Brought my 2017 GLI to them to be tuned. She’s an old girl at almost 170k at the time I brought her to them. I really appreciated the teams expertise and honesty in that they told me due to such high mileage on the original engine, they weren’t comfortable doing an ECU tune since there’d be a good chance I blow my engine if they did. It is my daily so I wasn’t looking for a ton of performance anyway- just something to fix the CEL due to the catless downpipe, some pops and bangs, and minor TCU adjustments to make the driving experience better since I drive so much. That’s exactly what they gave me and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They even dropped the price a decent amount from what they originally quoted me since they weren’t doing the ECU tune. Ended up leaving with stage 2 TCU, CEL fixed, pops and bangs, and rev limiter removed. They were nice enough to also give me the info for the other two codes that were being thrown due to my CAI so I could get that taken care of. Highly recommend!

Tried tuning my own car failed badly and bricked the ECU AND TCU, He was able to recover and tuned it to stage 2 and get it up and running again!

The staff is capable and it’s overseen by a master mechanic who knows how to take apart an Audi and put it back together blindfolded
I have a 2013 Audi A8 and in less than 10 hours they changed two motor mounts. Replaced my spark plugs and did an engine oil treatment that stopped the leak at high speeds all for a third of what the dealer quoted me.
I’m a lifetime customer for sure
