Not only do they lie to you, but they don’t want to refund what they actually owe! My order never got to its destination. Did they call me? No!Did they call the other number? No! They said they called the person receiving the product but no answer. Then they lie to me and said they called us the day of the delivery. My order was a sympathy order to be received on time. That’s why I paid the extra money for shipping. When I asked for a refund, just for the shipping, it was like pulling teeth. I practically had to beg! That is not customer service. And don’t try to speak over the customer. You messed up, lied and you were not willing to fix it. Over $10 shipping fee. Thank you for giving me back my shipping money since my order never got there. No thank you on using your store again. People are rude and dishonest.

I’m late to posting this because I’ve been in the hospital for the past 3 days because of pregnancy complications but I definitely needed to say this. I wanted to buy myself something cute for mother’s day since no one ever got me anything and I’ve never had edible arrangements before. I ordered myself the Mom’s chocolate covered strawberry platter on Monday but when I got it my strawberry’s were old and weren’t sweet. I put them in the fridge and the next day the whole tray was just wet and the chocolate was falling off. Not to mention it was molded the next day. I would think that on mother’s day weekend all the fruit would be fresh especially the strawberries. I spent $87 for no reason.
I remember my mom bought a platter from the one in Newark and the strawberries were so fresh and sweet, even lasted a week in the fridge. Totally not fair.

I needed a last minute basket and they more than happily helped me get what I wanted. I appreciate how kind and patient they were with my last minute request. They were super kind! Def will use them in the future.

I ordered an arrangement for my mothers 80th birthday. It says on the website sign up get 15% off, I signed up notice no 15% discount and the person Ashley who said she is the ma nager was so rude. I explained to her what I did and her reply was it is only 3 dollars are you calling about three dollars?
I will never never purchase from them again.and the arrangemnt was the small one. I am not sure if it was a mistake or purposely done.

I love edible arrangements but this store really disappointed me,I ordered a small bouquet and they gave me a poorly made petite bouquet, I tried asking them to change and they didn't care, never going to that store again. Horrible costumer service!

This is a Great Store. The young lady who helped me was professional, friendly and very nice. She gave me great suggestions, she showed .e the lectures of the different types of items I was looking for. She was patient and listened well . She was eager to make my ordering experience a great one.
