The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so helpful. The store manager made my mother's rental process a breeze. The property was spotless and the units as well. It was so easy and fast to find the perfect unit for her. She won't stop mentioning the professionalism display by Aseyahna ! Thank you ladies in store 7804!

This is a very clean, well run storage facility. Aseyahna and Shanique are top notch when it comes to customer service. They are always extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

Shanique was extremely helpful and patient. Upon viewing the size of the space I booked I realized I needed more space. Shanique quickly checked through the system and informed me of various options. She went the extra step by writing down all the charges and fees as she saw I was struggling to type the information in my phone as she was giving the information. A big plus on her part for providing a map highlighting the space I booked and pointing out the distance from the elevator. Booking the space was a seamless process. Thank you Shanique

Shanique Polhill assisted me and she was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me select the correct size unit for what I needed to store. She drew a map of directions to my unit and where and how to park so not to hinder others. I was very pleased with her assistance. Kudos to Ms Polhill.

Aseyahna and shanique was extremely helpful the gate systems were down sunday they did everything in there power to help me any issues i have ever had that was brought to either the store manager or assitant manager they alway find a solution thank you girls for all that you do

Place is always malfunctioning and service to fix facility issues are ridiculously slow. Couldn’t get access to my unit do to system outage.
Also the price increases are astronomical, a 10x10 unit went from $140 to $183 in the matter of 3 months. Never disclosed that the CONTRACT I signed would have later stipulations.
Last but not least the staff. The managers are nice when they are in the mood for it. Once was in passing with a manager who said good morning to me, I didn’t get the chance to return the gesture as I was in deep thought. This must have displeased the manager as she began spouting unsavory vocabulary after.
In conclusion I would steer clear of this location if possible.
