This fedex will delay your delivery. Doesn’t matter what service you paid for. When they don’t feel like delivering it that day, they are not gonna deliver it. In the system they will put down the reason as ‘wrong address’. But will be able to deliver with no issue later, convenient for them. This already happened 3 times for me. So sick of it.

FedEx is the worst!!! I always have a problem getting my packages from them! They always mark them as delivered when nothing is delivered!! They are terrible.

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!! They’d really messed up my day. Had things planned out for the day after my work laptop was supposed to be delivered at 11am TODAY!! Did they deliver you ask? HELL NO! This is the 4th TIME I HAVE HAD SOMETHING DELIVERED FROM THIS FEDEX IT IS THE WORSE. Didn’t even attempt to deliver the item. Had the slip ALREADY FILLED OUT JUST LIKE THE LAST TIME I HAD CAUGHT THEM. I don’t KNOW WHO ELSE TO TALK TO BUT IM GONNA MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TODAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE. My brunch today was cancelled. All my activities had to be moved to Sunday or cancelled. JUST PATHETIC. If you HATE YOUR JOB QUIT SO SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO DO IT WILL.

Horrible place wish I could give zero stars, employees are rude and unprofessional, I went to pick up a live animal and this rude Spanish lady (07/02/25) is over here tossing and flipping it like it doesn’t say fragile live animal all over the box! I asked her to please not do that and she looked at me and rolled her eyes! I didn’t get her name but I will, I called in and also filed a complaint but the ppl over the phone are even more useless. I don’t trust that the complaint even went through, one of the people I spoke to on the phone a Maria , she was rude also and hung up on me making me call back to talk to someone else . Your careless employee stressed my animal and now I have to monitor to make sure nothing is wrong because of her stupid handling! I will never use fed ex again, nor will anyone I know I’ll make sure I let everyone I know how horrible fed ex is and how un helpful they are. All good though, learned my lesson! Never again fed ex never again. UPS will always be my first choice ALWAYS!!

They delivered my very expensive package to the WRONG address, didn’t show proof of delivery nor the signature that supposedly was given. I tried going to the center to see if they could help me figure out where their driver out my package and they were very rude. I still don’t know where my package is or where in the world it was delivered. I am extremely frustrated at their carelessness with packages and lack of care for customer service.

Lazy FedEx delivery dude claimed they have “attempted deliver” the package but no phone call, no text, no email. After three silent delivery (if any), it send my package to this center which is 20min drive from my home. Why FedEx is still hiring these dudes if they cannot do their job?

This is the worst company that ever existed I ordered an item for an important event I ordered it on May the 9th I was supposed to receive it on the 13th the event that I was hired to host and set up was on the 17th it is now the 19th the event is over and I had to pay for the gift I was supposed to have on the 13th so now I'm stuck with a gift that I can't use and all FedEx is saying is that we are sorry...yes yes you are!!!!!
