The service was terrible. The lady who cut my hair did a horrible job. She wet it and made it look nice, but after I showered at home, it was a disaster. My kids could have done a better job. When I returned to ask her to fix it, she had no idea what to do. She spent just two minutes jumping around, and I asked her to cut my hair down to a number 8, thinking it would be better than her fix. She took less than a minute, leaving my hair completely ruined and my head shape looking terrible. When I complained, she simply said, "What do you want? We have 0, 1, 2, 3, 4... That's it!" I almost told her to get lost. I will never return to this store.
This incident happened on July 17th, 2024, around 7 PM. There were two ladies in the store: one who spoke a little English and a younger one who didn’t speak English. The one who spoke a little English is the one I am complaining about. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't go there.

Escila did a great job cutting my hair. She even stayed late to let me come in after 7:00 PM. Escila and Gina and Diana are wonderful! ?
Stylist: I love Great Clips at Union Plaza! The ladies who work there are very pleasant and professional. They consistently give their best!

I showed the picture of what I wanted and made it clear I didn’t want to go short like my last cut. I asked and showed the style and kind of fade I wanted. Not sure if there was miscommunication; instead I got an undercut with a short length on top. Once I saw the buzzer moving up past the sides to the top I knew it wasn’t what I wanted. At this point, I was at least told the top length would be a medium length and I wanted a medium length with my fade… but it was shorter than I wanted. I’ve been here before and I’ve had good enough experiences to return but this was not expected. I wasn’t satisfied with my haircut or the experience.

Felt rushed. Not a great haircut.It was a Saturday afternoon and they had a lot of people waiting so I understand. But a haircut should take more than 5 minutes. It’s a craft, an art. Shouldn’t be like sheering a sheep.

Love the service there great cuts and appreciate the staff. I definitely recommend this place and also great prices!!! Ercila always cuts my hair and does a great job and always leaves me beautiful. My friends have as well love this place the other ladies who cut her hair are as great.

Gave me a terrible cut. Don't go there to get a fade please. I dont know about other haircuts but the lady i got she dont know how to fade.
