The front desk receptionist Jae was praised for her pleasant and warm demeanor. While most experiences were positive, one patient had a negative experience with a long wait time of an hour and a half, followed by another hour wait inside the office for just an X-ray, without receiving any treatment. This patient was asked to return on September 4th for a cleaning and the start of their treatment. Another patient had a wonderful experience with the hygienist, who was described as "super dope," very diligent, and knowledgeable, providing the best cleaning the patient had ever received.

My experience and expectations with the entire staff especially Ashley was absolutely amazing. Just entering the office makes me feel that I am in a wonderful space. I have found the place finally for all my dental needs. Thanks again guys.
