Ordered something online, shipped from this store. Website showed delivered but it didn't happen. The delivery picture was blank and the signature is not mine. Home Depot refused to refund.

I hate this Home Depot so much!
I never can find an employee, need someone to cut wood, but it's my job to spend 20 minutes asking everyone in the store who and where the person is or for them to call the person 5 time over the load speaker just for no one to show up!!!!

Five stars for manager Chanene at this store!. I bought a vacuum at this store online and then drove over an hour to get there. Even though the girl who helped me was lovely, she couldn't find the vacuum. I asked to talk to the manager and told Chanene I work two jobs, have only one day off a week, and I am going thru chemo with radiation. I told her I was tired and just wish someone could really look for this vacuum so it was not a waste of my time. Chanene was not only pleasant and professional - she was kind. Pulled a chair out for me to sit down. She said - I will go find it - and SHE DID! This type of employee doesn't seem to exist anymore. Chanene, you are not only a wonderful employee but you are a gift to this Home Depot. I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I only needed a pair of gloves for doing some duct work with. But they had a wide variety of gloves, from throw away, couple time use nitrile gloves. To padded, shock-resistant ones. I ended up getting a bag of 12 pairs of gloves for $12.99, and ended up giving away 6 pairs to my classmates in hvac school. I also looked around at some manifold gauges and other items I was interested in, just to see them and mess with each one individually and see which ones I liked before making any big purchases. The staff was helpful, they had a great selection, and they have alot of cash registers and self-checkout machines, so it's in and out. Def. Would recommend it to anyone getting simple things they need for around the house or general laboring needs.

Thank you! thank you Nadia at customer service, she had the patience and took the time to understand and helped me solve an issue passed along different home depot stores in the area. I wish more employees had the drive to go the extra step as she did for me. Please home depot acknowledge the good employees. Nadia deserves all the medals today
