We had an excellent experience with Kevin who prepared our tax return. He explain our options relative to getting the maximum return this year, as well as looking at deductions that could be available to us when filing in the future. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He listened to our questions and answered complicated tax issues, in a manner anyone could understand. We'll be back to see Kevin at H&R Block next year and beyond.

This is the worst place I did my taxes the representative name is Theresa I figured I would go to them because I thought H&R Block had a good track record and if anything is wrong with the taxes which they help you file they will handle issue. I was told that their fee would come from my federal tax I learned that was a lie they took it from my state tax for somebody who is an expert for H&R Block I’m highly disappointed by the service. Black people cant even get good help anywhere

My H&R Block agent was very helpful and did help me get all the deductions I was entitled to, but boy the service fee is VERY EXPENSIVE, I mean in this economy, they should charge a reasonable percentage of the actual return.

My 3 or 4 appointments were with Patricia Rastelli she wanted to be all over the office playing the Senior tax person. She suggested that I could file for an amendment on the 2021 COVID STIMULUS. IT turned out upon an investigation when i received a notice from the IRS that i received the stimulus check already i was then hit with a 338.00 payment i owe to them. She suggested after paying her 140.00 that if i did'nt remember receiving the payment i could log in to my IRS account to track it or try to get back bank records. She coud have suggested this in the beginning before filing and taking my money for absolutely nothing. I am a senior citizen on disability i dont have money to give back to the IRS. TAKE MY ADVICE RUN DON'T WALK FROM PATRICIA RASTELLI! She did not even advise that she would be relocating to the Chestnut Ave office in Union if you had a problem i had to track her down. If you visit this office in Union take my advice don't let Patricia aka Patti anywhere near your tax filing the absolute worst!! I am now $478.00 in the hole after dealing with Patricia i should be refunded the $140.00 she charged me, she saw $ signs first and advice later after the fact!!!!
