I been coming here to Vaxuhall #NewJersey location for few years to service my fleet truck all the way from East Rutherford NJ only because they are super awesome and take care of my vehicles right away with an excellent service super profesional and don’t have to wait that long , I just got the news Lou got moved to a different location, I love that guy but in the other hand we got my guy Corey moving up to manager position which is great because I think good ppl good employees should be rewarded and he is one of them here and deserved it . Thanks

Called just now for a quote to mount and balance ONE tire/wheel. Asked me what kind a car. I told him a sedan. Asked me what kind of sedan. I answered it was a 4-door passenger car. He starts listing models. I tell him it is a BMW. He quotes me $89.99 for something that should be around $20. I would never darken their doorways for anything for any reason. Person answering the phone doesn't even know how to ask for a make, which is irrelevant to mounting tires and balancing wheels. Be careful here if you don't know anything about cars. They'll make you into a sucker.

Most of the time, I have a great experience at Vaux Hall. They're fast and courteous. I was there Saturday, June 23rd and the waiting room was stifling! There wasn't any air conditioning. And the bathroom was disgusting.
