I have been coming to this lab fo many years now + have never had a bad experience with any staff. If anything they're usually respectful + sometimes friendly. Walked in and out. Was packed at 8:15am and people waiting in the hallway and staircase. Seemed like a debacle then saw all these reviews. Wow. Should get 0 stars.

The guy drawing my blood was clumsy, never had it this painful before. All the reviews about the wait times are on the money.
