I give it one because there is no option of minus zero, I arrived before opening, I have been waiting for 3 hours, they moved me to four hours of waiting and nothing they serve us, they serve everyone except us, I don't understand why they made me wait for my desperate children, there is no organization, they serve the rooms that people have recently entered and the old ones nothing 😡

Walked in and out. Was packed at 8:15am and people waiting in the hallway and staircase. Seemed like a debacle then saw all these reviews. Wow. Should get 0 stars.

I had blood work done on 1/16/2025. I received my results. On my paper, it stated I'm a male. When clearly I'm a female. Also, the question and my response were wrong.. You only speak to Spanish speaking people. Who cannot speak English well and who cannot answer your questions. I never had an issue like this before. The young lady that I spoke with about this . Down played it. You don't make mistakes like that. Very Unprofessional.

If I could give this unprofessional, lack of people skills a zero, that's exactly what they deserve. Why schedule appointment, why did lap corp submit confirmation number. After waiting hour, I ask Rep at the desk, I have appointment, waiting hour now what's going on. Behold well, they don't have me in their system. Well!! I be damn. Customer service asks me what number from a doctor the confirmation number. Behold the number was in the system, she never checked. With all that being said, place was packed like a can of sardines. I guess scheduling appointments don't mean a thing. After that conversation I decided to leave. I will not come to 2333 Morris Ave. Location again. As stated above, packed like a can of sardines inside, hallways ,and the stairs. OMG !! Terrible. With reps.at the desk who really don't have a clue.

Terribly slow, poor communication. Took our toddler in for a basic CBC and they probed her arm for awhile with a needle too large before requesting another phlebotomist attempt to draw blood.

Horrible experience for my one year old child, after waiting 2 hours to draw the blood in the end the needles they used were too big, and after 2 punctures and digging into the veins they extracted NOTHING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, only if you want to see your CHILDREN SUFFER IN PAIN TAKE THEM.

This is the worst labcorp site. I waited forever to get a routine bloodwork done. I have never had this experience in any other sites. They seemed understaff and cant get things going smoothly. The management need to re-assess and see if they can add manpower and/or put in a better process.

This place is horrible wait times are horrific over an hour wait for bloodwork.Front desk lady says there short staffed but they will take your money fast.Management needs to fix this issue only 1 person checking people in which takes forever. I will reach out to someone customer care if they have one.

I have been going here for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. I usually have very hard veins to find but she found it the very first time and I never had to wait long.
