Cheese factory in Union! This is where I get my burrata, ricotta and mozzarella. They also have pasta from Italy.

This was my first visit. There are lots of homemade fresh pastas available, fresh ricotta, fresh mozzarella and other Italian imported items. I only bought imported pappardella, and the owner gave me a large fresh mozzarella on the house!! Will definitely be going back for the fresh pasta ravioli and manicotti.
