I got a pedicure and uv gel manicure here and had a great experience. The prices are on the wall so there's no surprises and the ladies are respectful and sweet.

I had SNS or dip
In powder . Paid good money and there is the second time that the nails only lasted one week . All chipped. I noticed the girl don’t let the product dry at all . She does one hand and finished first which instead of one by one . Not happy . Won’t come back

Some of the nail techs tend to pay more attention to their phones while servicing clients. Which is rude!! The business hasn't been the same since the owner isn't present. Time to go elsewhere.

I stopped going a long time ago due to poor service and bad attitudes. But just today, my friend (who remained a loyal client) went, had her nails done poorly and then was talked about in another language like she didn’t understand them.

Today. My husband and I went early enough to get the same service. It was told a hour wait. We said it was okay and were up the street to get some things and came back. I called because it was a wait where we were, the main lady who answers the phone says yes it's a hour wait. I left my name and number just in case. I noticed it was a hour over the time she said and we headed back. There were more people in front of us getting the same service. We sat and wait until closing. No announcement. No update. Nothing we just sat there. They do quality work. But I guess this day want it.

I have been coming here for about 7 months because I recently moved in the area. Every time my experience get a little worse. Today, took the cake. Three different nail techs on my nails and we had to play musical chairs too All because they kept messing up and the last girl must've been using another's station. I can't return here because they really don't care or offer an accommodation for all the inconveniences

the interior of the building has clearly been redone with accessible parking in the back lot, but my friend and i came in for pedicures and were both there for nearly 2 hours! they assigned us only one nail tech to share, so we had to wait the duration of two pedicures despite making appointments ahead of time. on top of this, the salon was staffed with a child working the front desk, seemingly more stressed about the slow work flow than the actual workers! another nail tech's daughter hung off the arm of my friend's pedicure chair on her phone for most of our time there, playing loud videos and jumping around. the tech at work did and said nothing. i understand getting childcare can be difficult, but there's no reason a pedicure should come with a child picking it's nose in your personal space. the pedicures were both done well, but a less than relaxing, unsupervised environment made for an agonizing visit.
