The young man at this station told me to pull up 4 times in a row in an angry tone. I pointed that there is a car in front of me and that I had to wait. He began pumping more gas after it had clicked full. He then asked if my gas was full after pumping it. I told him you pumped it. He was assisting me and an another car, but seemed overwhelmed. I recommend training on how to relate to the customer politely and on the functions of the job.

Stopped here for fuel, and the second we pulled in a staff member came towards us and started saying things, but we just could not understand the person and then he walked off. We eventually figured out how to use the system but it’s a very confusing system but where you’ve got to pre-pay an exact amount on like other places which allow you to pre-pay with a pre-authorisation and then charges you for what you use. We got what we needed However it was a very stressful task.

GOT DIESEL AND DEF for the mercedes. Gas station attendant was very helpful. He helped me fill up the DEF. Thank you very much.

I usually go to BP for gas, but the intersection near it is always a nightmare, so I decided to go to Lukoil for convenience. Three weeks ago, I paid $52 and some change for gas there. However, when I checked my bank app, it showed a few dollars more than I remembered paying. I never ask for a receipt but I always check and remember how much I pay for gas. Today, I got gas again at Lukoil, and it was $53 and some change. But when I checked my bank app at home, it showed $57.97. I don’t know what the attendant did but i suspect something shady. I will definitely start asking for a receipt or start taking a pic of the pump before I leave for proof.

Usually have a very good experience at this station, except my most recent stop on 4/15. Attendant handed me the receipt, and I mentioned that I needed to get my glasses out to see the total. He said, “it’s 64 dollars”. I always tip. This time I tipped $6, and gave him $70. When I got home and glanced at the receipt, the charge was $54 not $64!! So, I gave him $6 and he stole another $10. Very disappointing. Will never stop again, although I am frequently in the area.

Had such a wholesome experience. The cleanliness of the gas station and the kindness of the management made my experience very smooth. I will definitely be returning for more gas. Gas Statin approved by my BMW!
