Here's my experience at Union Maaco:
Ok to good overall base/clear paint job - I went in knowing what to expect, paying $2,360 for a full paint job along with some body work. They did a good job masking pieces. They fixed the body work, as expected and can hardly tell it was there. However, there are a good amount of imperfections like orange peel and fish eye, but it's to be expected. It looks good from 10 ft away. I just hope it lasts.
Good sales team - Jared and Taimur walked me through the process and expectations. Really appreciate their help. They also helped with many of the issues that had arised during the process. When I first went to pickup, there were very obvious imperfections (fish eyes) and they had also broken my perfect spoiler (removed the spoiler without loosening the 2 studs, causing 2 out of 4 to break and ripped my spoiler). They corrected them within a week. When I went to pickup there were still many fish eyes and debris under the paint, but I'll live with it.
When driving home, I noticed my front windshield was cracked and informed them. Spoke to Pistol, who initially wanted to say it was there already, but I told them I have video of it the day I dropped off. He then said for me to cover $100 to get the windshield replaced. That speaks volumes, as he initially tried to say it was already cracked then after I told him I had video that it wasn't, just blame the age of the car, and made me cover $100 to replace. On top of that, he said he's doing me a favor by giving me a new windshield. My windshield was perfectly fine before for the 5 years I've owned it.
Another note, someone went through my tool bag that I left in my trunk and stolen my tools. So just don't leave anything valuable when dropping off your vehicle.

Exceeded expectations! I was recommended by a mechanic friend to check out Maaco for the dent and scratches in my car door. The team there was professional, respectful, and did a great job at managing expectations. I did not want to invest too much in my old car and they were patient in talking through my options. The work was timely, exceptionally done, and looks brand new all the same! I would highly recommend.

This shop was a pleasure to work with. They were well organized and very competent. They were able to do some work on my door and hinges that other shops would not do. The end result was perfect.

ji was very satisfied with paint job of car.. i was a little misled on pricing. i was quoted a price , but price did not include labor and sealer cost. So overall cost was $500 more than i expected.. but was still cheaper than other quotes, and since they did a great job I didnt mind the slightly higher price.

…they did a great job re-painting the trunk and bumper of my Jaguar. I had clear coat peeling and needed to get fix. The paint job came out great! The paint match looks seamless and did an amazing job. TJ and crew did amazing job communicating and letting me get thru the process - great staff overall!
