We came in for a car at Maxon Hyundai. We were able to negotiate a great deal with the help of Matthew and awesome managers ready to help us out no problem. We had an issue with the car before leaving the lot. Maxon came thru and made it right. Major integrity factor here. This team was great.

Terrible dealership and all around inconsiderate or incompetent. Dealer delivers car missing floor mats and an I Owe you for mats. About a week and a half later Eric the salesman manager tells me mats are in. Tells me he has to figure out how to get mats to me. ( never heard of UPS or Fed Ex.) Furthermore never received Plates and Registration and temporary plates expired Again Eric sales manager in his Wisdom tells me that they will pay for any summons l receive , instead of trying to expedite the problem. They charge $ 399.00 for clerical fees,$175.00 for document delivery service and $225 administration exp.. Really!! Sales person text on 9/3/25 that they will deliver the mats, no mats and no phone call. Finally 34 days after purchase the mats were delivered by sale person , but still no plates. Today 9/5/25 receive text with photo of envelope which appears to be plates with my address on label, in comments writes Do you want me to mail these out? (Envelope dated 08/01/2025 ) Then tells me to pick up plates. Delivery fees? Funny guy 35 days after purchase. Call dealership manager answer machine, lets see if he responds

The people themselves are nice, but hyundai in general seems to not want to fix your main issues.
They also said my sun roof was off its track, which would take over 2000.00 to fix. My sister's husband put grease on the track and it works fine now.
While doing an internal cleaning of my cars engine, they left the intake valve disconnected and while merging into the parkway I realized I could not increase speed quickly which was scary.
This location cannot provide a rental since they have a 1 month wait list, so if you need extended work done, you will be on your own to figure out how your going to get around while your car is in the shop.
They currently have my car again fixing an issues I've been dealing with for a year (oil consumption). I have been told by hyundai corporate that I need to continue going to this dealership to fix this issue. I will re-post a review about that, once it is resolved, but I doubt it will be. They seem to want to put a bandage on the issue instead of fixing the root of the problem. For the record, i understand that what they are allowed to fix, may not be maxon auto groups fault, so I can't blame them for doing what they are told to do. That is a hyundai thing. But I am disappointed with some of the work they have done.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car at Hyundai. Zahir, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the process smooth and stress-free. Also shout out to Eric and Ron Davis, who went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. hard to get me the best deal possible. They explained everything clearly so I felt confident in my decision. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend them!

Please be wearer of the internet price, they'll add an extra 2000 once you come into the store and justify the price by saying the internet price is with all the discounts

After purchasing my second truck in this dealership I’m disappointed about the unexpected practice from the sales manager and poor communication between him and the sales person, they made me bring back to the dealership aftermarket part I wanted to used in my new truck, was ok with the salesman but the sales manager want to cancel my purchase after I signed all my paperwork and have my new truck in my possession, people need to be aware of this unfair practices, I will take this issue to court

Just got my girlfriend the new 2025 sonata N line. Great people there. We work out a confortable deal for everyone. No high pressure tactics. Salesman Al was great. I recommend going here. I didn't have any issues with this dealership

Customer service is not this place's forte. If you want to do something that they're not keen on doing (like returning a lease) they just start sending you to voicemails that have no available storage. Bummer.
