They did not help me get an affordable option where I could keep my current plan. When I said I might as well go get the screen fixed, the person working there said let me see the back. (The back is COMPLETELY FINE, its the front that is broken) He just shook his head and said noo they can't fix that...I said it was completely fine and he then retracted and said it would cost a couple hundred. So? Anyways I am going to get it fix so I can keep my number and not spend twice as much on a new phone to get a whole new # and have to explain to every person I know I have a new one. I just wanted a new iphone with my number...

I went to the store because it said it opened at 9:30am. When I looked on the door it said 10am. I waited until 10:20am and it still did not open. I ended up going to another location. There were 2 other cars waiting as well. This was a horrible metropcs customer experience. Please look into this location. Not acceptable.

Poor service. Stole my credit card informed order 3 tablets and unlimited internet service. I caught them complain to metro head office . So be careful don't go to this location

I ask to update my plan but Instead the guy gave me the same plan and added a 10 dollars Insurance plan on it. Called customer service and they fixed everything. I give customer service a 5 star.

Only thing I can say is why advertise you open 9:30 I got there at 9:25 waited until 9:45 no one appeared. Saw a black padlock on the door. Called when I got home. No answer ?

I went in to purchase phone, I asked for something with the same storage as my previous phone. The guy sold me a phone with a quarter storage and said cash only. I called the following day and was told that he would get me a new phone within 2 days. It's been 4 weeks. I have called and stopped into the store. During store hours the store is closed or he is not in. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Now I have to go purchase a new phone because this one is full with no storage or memory left. I've had it one month.

Chrystal is amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, she is helpful educating the consumer. Great personality and a constant professional.
