Appalled by some of the prices. Too many pieces on the racks for $100+. Used to be more reasonably priced but now the pricing is insane. Saw a faux leather Zara jacket that was literally peeling for $50 like who is buying that ?. Just go down the street to 2nd Ave thrift their items are much better priced.

After visiting the store, when I returned home, it turned out that I had lost my wallet, which had all my documents in it. I arrived at the store and went to the office, hoping that maybe the wallet would be found or that they would help me find it. The manager in the office said that they had nothing and that I would have to look for it myself. When I left the office, the girls working in the hall came up to me and asked about my problem. But the manager ran out of the office and started yelling that no one should talk to me and that I should leave the store. I have never encountered such openly rude treatment. I had to go to the emergency room with high blood pressure because I could not drive home after that.

This thrift store is unlike any other—and not in a good way. The atmosphere feels more like a rundown slum than a place you’d expect to find quality secondhand goods. The employees, mostly former convicts, seem uncomfortable and hesitant, which is a reflection of horrible management. When I asked manager for his name after an unpleasant interaction, he smirked and said, “Even if the police asked, I wouldn’t have to respond.” Even the employees admitted they “would get in trouble” if they shared his name—a disturbing and suspicious response for a store supposedly open to the public.
Prices are another scam here. Many items are marked higher than their original retail prices. It’s blatantly misleading, with fake markdowns on donated goods, allowing the store to rake in a 100% profit with zero transparency about where that money goes. Instead of building trust, the management seems intent on treating customers as potential thieves, demanding to see receipts for items already paid for.
To make matters worse, the manager’s behavior towards women is outright demeaning, with a tone that makes female customers feel less than welcome. This isn’t just one problematic person—the entire management system feels corrupt, dismissive, and greedy. Who’s profiting from this deception? Why won’t they clarify where their revenue goes? If you value respect, integrity, and community support, skip this store.
Head to reputable options like Goodwill, where you know your money will actually go toward worthy causes.

It’s funny seeing people talk about how rude the employees are like they’re going to a five star restaurant and not a semi crappy thrift shop. The store is okay, I haven’t had a single issue with the people working there because I’m expecting bored teenagers and not concierges and bottle service, however it’s really going to depend on what you’re looking for to whether it’s worth it to go. I collect video games and it’s cheaper to buy things on eBay 90% of the time, which considering how overpriced everything is on eBay for games, you know their prices are completely out of wack. Sometimes I’ll pick up something but most of the time I walk around in a circle and leave without stopping. Still a fun little junk store.

This store is a disgusting excuse for a thrift store. The prices are outrageous and gouged to extreme highs. The idea of a thrift store is to be able to get things at a cheaper price. Yet this dumpster fire of a store charges prices as if it's a pawn store or some form of high end retailer. Will never go here again.

Extremely OVERPRICED... I understand raising prices with the times changing and more demand, but these prices seemed over the top.
You could have consistent profitable sales with fair pricing, but unfortunately with these prices customers will not return.
I also see many reviews stating the manager would yell at customers; I know you come across the occasional shop-lifter but not everyone is there to steal and deserves to be yelled at.... poor older lady I saw was getting yelled at.

A bad experience was the one we had today at MY UNIQUE, due to the racism of the manager, a person who defined us as if we were stealing a product, stopped us and it was a waste of time to review the receipt which did not Nothing out of the ordinary was found and everything was paid for,
OUT PEOPLE, if you already have papers, then let it arrive in your country at once

This place speaks and reads as much as the improper name on its storefront. The checkout personnel were okay but could have been more cordial. The young minorities looked uncertain in their roles to serve us and others. We did not see a need for the receipt to be punctured with a pen if asset management can clearly see the customer make a purchase at the checkout station that is less than 15 steps away. Lastly, by having the checkout stations further away from purchases made, it would present a more logical case for asset protection personnel to be onsite.
■A Quyloon Reese Report on Experiences & Custom (QR-REC)®:
Food: --/100
Portion to Cost Ratio: --/100
Comfortable: 70/100 (checkout stations are too close and frankly confusing)
Hospitality (Staff): 45/100
Clean: 55/100 (not including restrooms)
Overall Score: 160/300 (53.33%) ⭐⭐☆☆☆

I’ve been coming here for years and the managers are employees are nice but some of the employees are rude and miserable and they don’t care to show it. Today 10/5, the young light skinned female with short curly hair with bangs partially covering her eyes working at the counter removing censors didn’t even have the courtesy to hand me the items back in my hand and just threw them on the counter. Her face had this disdain look as if I was bothering her and she didn’t even say a word to me. I understand the job probably sucks but again no one forced you to apply there. Besides the bad few, most of them a friendly are always smiling. Prices are somewhat expensive so I don’t come often.

The manager of the store treats people very badly, the truth is that they treat him very badly. Not only that, he threatens people, I made a call to the owner of this company to please treat customers with more patience, the manager, the bald guy who is there, treats very Horrible to the clients today I came out well, they were amazed by him and apart from that he charged me more than normal the service is very bad there are good clothes but they treat very badly

0/10 do not recommend this place for shoppers or people looking for employment. Went here for a job interview today scheduled at 11 a.m. Never did the interview invitation state this was going to be held as a group interview, turns out it was. There was over 60+ people waiting to be interview. We were required to read the employee handbook first, which I find quite odd since almost every employer I have ever worked for never requires you to do such a thing before being hired let alone unpaid. While waiting in line I see that the interviews are not being conducted in any privacy setting or space, they pulled us off the line and near the clothes racks to ask us personal questions. Finally I got called after an entire hour and a half (12:38 p.m) for the interview to last not even 60 seconds. He didn’t ask me my name, he introduced himself and when onto looking at my application. One question was asked after waiting almost 2 hours for this interview to be conducted and then the interview ended. This was the most unprofessional disgusting interview I’ve ever had.
