I was shopping at this Carter's location, I can't believe what I witnessed. A sales clerk referred to this individual as Denise. She appeared to be the manager. Denise was screaming at a sales clerk in front of the entire store and brought this poor person to tears. That only seemed to infuriate Denise more as she got louder and more inappropriate. She was beyond unprofessional. I would refer to her actions as inhumane and cruel. I was so appalled by her behavior, I put my items back and rapidly exited the store in disgust with no plans to return. Such a shame.

First time visiting this location today, Sierra was a true sweetheart! Her kindness and her outstanding customer service skills will get me addicted to that brand for my children.I couldn't help it but tell her earlier today that I am coming back soon because of her welcoming energy and her genuine will to help.Thank you Sierra.?
