Not dependable! They’ll give you a timeframe to choose from but once they get your deposit all bets are off.
They changed my moving time from early afternoon to late evening. Then the owner still thinks he deserves to get the contract price given.
I tried to use local business, I guess I was wrong. My next move I’ll find someone who truly stands behind their business practices, which I found out that this one doesn’t have any. They get your money and make the time work out for them and not their customers.
This company name should be SLAP instead of PALS, because that’s how I felt after using them.

Coming across PALS was a life saver. This is an honest review and the owner was very straight forward. My girlfriend and I were in a pinch trying to find someone that would help move furniture around. We contacted him and within the hour, he showed up ready to help. If you need help with anything, give him a ring! Thank you!!

Highly recommend Pals Moving Service if you trying to move the place to call is Pals moving!!!if you have any packing job that you’re worried about, moving job that you’re worried about you can take that headache off your head because toy will not going to have any problem with Pals moving I dealt with a l professional guy on the phone his name was Sammy and he went ahead and scheduled me to be moved. Movers arrived right on time. They gave me a heads up, wrapped my furniture beautifully took care of all my belongings. I paid for extra hours and additional service to unpack all of my clothes but was just hours instead of me doing myself watching the boxes and not touching them for months lol, put back all in my closet and where it belongs and I totally loved it. I am so happy that me and my dog get to rest without lifting a single fingerThanks to Sammy and Adam and the whole crew definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently bought this bed from RH and their delivery service were unable to get it up to our first floor bedroom via the stairs. The alternative was to lift it up via an indoor balcony which they refused to do. After spending hours with their customer service, we engaged the help of PALS. Their service was excellent, very responsive, reasonable pricing and on time.Hoss and Adam were absolutely amazing, very polite and confident experts in their work. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to others.

Called PALS and spoke with Sammy. He was able to book me for the weekend on short notice. The moving crew was very friendly and fast. They handled my items with care. The whole move was smooth and quick. The PALS team was very professional and thorough. Couldn't recommend their services more!

I usually read reviews before getting any service and I stumbled upon PALS, I first thought a company with this great rating is too good to be true... but was proved wrong. Sammy was very nice and accommodating, we were so nervous about the whole move but he definitely made it easier for us to move to storage and then to our new apartment. His crew were definitely nice and professional. They got the job done quickly and before we knew it we were finally moved in. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who wants quality service and will definitely use them again for our future moving needs. Thanks Sammy and to your wonderful crew. I had a wonderful experience using PALS Moving Service for the first time this past weekend. The PALS team of 3 worked like ninjas and quickly moved heavy furniture from the second to the first floor. The PALS team was professional including Mr. Sammy! I would 100% use PALS moving service in the future!
