I am very pleased with the service here. My Bronze looks adorable, the location is convenient, and worth every penny. I will definitely be bringing my dog here again.

DO NOT COME HERE TO HAVE YOUR CAT'S NAILS TRIMMED!!!! I came here on December 11th. Today (a week later) I noticed that my cat's beans are red and swollen on one back paw. My cat started becoming unusually vocal and licking the paw profusely. I just took her to the emergency vet and after examining her back paws, the vet said it looks as though the nails were completely ripped out of her. Not one. But BOTH back paws. THERE IS NOTHING THERE BUT HER NERVE and she is still bleeding! A $400 vet bill, antibiotics, and now my cat is in unnecessary pain. Nothing was said about her doing this to my cat at all. Just that she hoped to see my baby again and she absolutely WILL NOT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROOMER!! And no! She did not injure herself as you are trying to indicate. She did not scratch something at home. My cat could not have cut off multiple nails on both paws identically and expose her kwik on her own! The photo with her face showing was taken three days before I brought her to this place. The remaining photos are both her back paws afterward in which it's clear she was licking and disturbing the injury you caused. Ms. T you are not even knowledgeable as you were not the person that serviced her. Every bad review you guys have received, you've blamed the animal or the customer!

worst place ever, she mutilated my dog and after all she cursed me!!! She can only shave dogs like sheep . Wouldn't highly recommend this place. They will not only damage fur your pet, but they will also blame you for everything. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My furbaby's regular groomer has been out of commission for a couple of months now...something about electrical issues so they're completely shut down. I'm super-nervous about leaving my baby with just anyone. I've heard horror stories about many places and besides, my baby is just plain nervous about going anywhere, let alone the groomers. I called this place to schedule an appointment. I sent over my dog's rabies paperwork by conveniently texting the docs to a phone number. I had forgotten to do this when I scheduled the appointment but they still took it the day of. I pulled up to Pawsitively Purrfect, very easy to get to and located on Morris Ave which is a main street in Union. Parking wasn't bad. I parked on the side street and walked right around the corner. When I brought Kelani up to the door it was locked but Adelis came to open it up and greeted me in such a friendly way. Now I expected for her to just grab my fur baby and go inside but nope, she actually stood outside on the sidewalk and allowed Kelani to sniff her and get used to her. Then once Kelani was comfortable, Adelis reached down and petted her and talked to her. Then she picked up my baby and went inside. I came to pick up Kelani a couple of hours later and she looked so cute. She smelled fresh and had a pink bow in her hair but the best part was that Adelis had trimmed the hair under her chin so meticulously and perfectly. My regular groomer doesn't even do a job that good. I paid $84 on my card and tipped her. She so deserved it. I'm so pleased with this place. I've already scheduled Kelani's appointment for next time. Highly recommend.

We've taken our large Golden Retriever there several times with great results. He's a year-round ocean swimmer (yes, even in winter months!) with long hair...so it's often a grooming challenge. But Adelis always comes through! Would recommend this shop to any pet owner.

normally my dog has a lot of anxiety going to the groomers but it was her first time here she was not that anxious and calmer than usual! :) the groomer did such a great job & she was able to squeeze me in her schedule even though it was so last minute which i’m so thankful for. also the wait time was so quick! normally at other places it takes my dog like 5-6 hours to get out but here she spent like 1.5 hours. definitely coming here more often!

I was in desperate need of getting my 15 yr old super mean cat"s nail clipped. I found this place, called and she told me she was booked for cats until June. She didn't rush me off the phone which is how I came to tell her I just needed her nails clipped. She agreed to take my Jinx the very next day. She was so friendly and nice. The service was super fast like less than 10 minutes. In the past vets have charged me to sedate Jinx just to cut her nails plus the cost of cutting them. This lady was a Godsend and I am now a new customerI highly recommend her. Her vibe was awesome and she seemed to really care about animals.

My dog Milo is a rescue who growls at people and is very skittish. I was so nervous the first time I dropped him off that he wouldn’t let her groom him, but to my surprise, he did! Adelis knows exactly how to handle him and he comes out beautiful and happy every time! Worth every penny. The best groomer! ?

I cannot thank pawsitively purrfect enough!!!! My Mickey looks like a brand new kitten. At first I was worried that he would be scared, but he definitely warmed up and the groomer took such good care of him!!! I took him home and he was so relaxed that he fell right to sleep on my lap, Lol. 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice place to get their pet groomed and will definitely return for future grooming. Mickey says thank you!!

I am incredibly grateful and impressed. When I I called for an appointment with our newly adopted dog, I was relieved to learn that Adelis has experience working with shelter dogs. Despite being during the busy holiday season of this unusual year, she made time for him. Our pup was immediately comfortable with her calming, loving energy. Upon pick-up, I was blown away. He looked amazing, like a different dog. I was equally pleased that he was relaxed and content. We will definitely return.

My baby's look great. She's amazing with dogs and they look and smell soooooo good. I'm completely pleased with her professionalism and keeping me updated on how there doing . I will be doing business here from now on. You won't be disappointed. THE BEST IN UNION !!
