There's always no one around the Aquariums and then usually the tank is not usually stocked with what I'm looking for. Had to wait a minute to get someone to attend to me.

Unfortunately, personally, I do not have a positive opinion regarding this site.
I paid this service for my pet for around 10 years; never use except for normal controls and routine vaccines; However, 2 weeks ago, some pitbull bit my pet (a Yorkie dog) so I called there in an emergency around 3:45 pm and they refused to give me attention because apparently they closed at 4:30 pm, so, they sent me to other locations for the emergency, BUT!! NOT PART OF THE MEMBERSHIP! So I was supposed to pay separate services! so initially, I think:
I pay something like $50 every month for practically NOTHING, AND, MORE IMPORTANT! Finally I go the next day and the list for emergency that they give to the customers in a sheet available on the counter was out of date with wrong attention hours in one case, and with the wrong address in another, yes IMAGINE! If you go with an emergency and don't find attention! (I keep a couple of these sheets, just in case)
Well, I report this and suggest they have to update! that list because, of course, it is extremely important! to some lady who refused to give me her complete name or main number to call to claim, but she says she is the assistant manager and responds, "we have not to update anything."
Well, finally, I looked for the number on the internet. I called and explained all my concerns to someone (lady) very kind, who understands everything, agrees with me, but, up to now, anybody calls me back, so, well!
I will continue paying; not choice!!

Brought my dog here a few times for grooming. Never a problem. Brought him yesterday for a groom after he was shaking which I thought was just from him being cold since his hair is short now. But as the night kept going he whined more and was shivering more so I decided to take a closer look I saw the blood on his tail and upon further inspection he got a bad cut on his tail. Luckily my partner is a medical professional and had to use derma bond to shut the tiny gash fully. Because his tail was slowly starting to soak with blood. I called this morning to explain the situation to a manager. I said I was upset and would like a refund for the grooming and to just be taken out of their system because I will no longer be using their grooming services. She then said she had to ask her manager and to email photos of the tail. While I was actively on the phone the pictures was sent. Then I was put on hold and then came back stating they had to call another manager. And I was told at some point someone will reach out to me. Updating my review was told I could get a refund if I went back to the store physically. so two stars.

Take my dog there for haircuts. They do a great job. I haven't asked for anything exotic, so I wouldn't know how they are with those kind of haircuts, but my doggie always comes back looking great.

Normally I like the way they cut my dogs hair but 2day was not good..my dog had coal in his eyes and that was the main reason I took him to get a cut..im a lil disappointed

Went for puppy food, and they had the same bag of food open on the shelf from the weeks before when I went. There is no stock of pupp Food ither.not sure if they changed management, but it's sure has changed for not the best as I can see from a few years back.

Amazing Groomers!! Excellent staff, Justine is just the best!! They have always worked so well with Shaggy and us!! Everytime he leaves from his bath and haircut he is super happy!! The store in general is very clean and the workers are very nice and polite! We always find what we need!

I came in bc I had some questions on how to take care of a Guinea pig depending on the living space and if it was suitable for me to take care of one. The employee named IRENE helped me out so much and answered all of my questions, she even took the Guinea pig out the cage and allowed me to see him up close. I will definitely be coming back once I make the decision to get one!

On October 12th, I had a 7 a.m. appointment at PetSmart to groom my dog, who’s been groomed at several locations, including this one, without issues. While he can be owner-reactive, veterinarians and other groomers have never had problems working with him. The challenge is merely taking the leash from me; once he’s in the back and out of my sight, he calms down. However, the staff refused to groom him this time, citing his behavior, without even attempting to follow this process.
Concerned, I returned after ten minutes and witnessed an alarming situation. Another dog was injured, bleeding from a torn nail. The staff stated they picked the dog up and its nail got torn, but then gaslighted the owners by suggesting the nail was too long, causing the tear, instead of admitting they may not have been careful enough.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, care, and patience from the staff, especially at such an early hour, was apparent. Their dismissive attitude towards my dog’s needs and the mishandling of another dog’s care are concerning. I will not be returning to this location and urge corporate to review the staff’s actions from this day.
