BEWARE! Suite 202/203 do not rent !!!! I signed a lease for a suite in February and was informed of a small leak that occurred during rainstorms. I was assured that it was being fixed and that a small towel was all that was needed to manage it. However, upon moving in, other tenants informed me that the issue had been ongoing for over a year. When I tried to clarify the situation with the property managers, David and Shannon, I received alot of resistance, they told me I can go into another suite but there was nothing they can do, this is after I loved all my things in painted and decorated. Mind you this is a safety issue a maintenance issue and they are telling me it’s out of there control. Eventually, my suite was flooded and despite months passing, now end of June the problem was never resolved and only worsened. I found both David and Shannon to be unprofessional, as they continued to refer to the issue as a leak despite receiving multiple photos of the puddles in my room and damage to my belongings. I moved out, and I’m sure they will rent that room out AGAIN to someone else and out them through the same thing.

I opened my salon suite in September and it has been an amazing experience! Phenix Salon Suites makes owning my own business such a beautiful experience and all the Suite-mates are beautiful to work alongside! If you’re looking to open your own space, this is it!!!

My sister and I opened up our shop back in March and haven’t looked back since. It’s a great opportunity to venture out on your own. After 6+ years being in the beauty industry and working for different salons there is nothing like being your own boss. Making your own hours, working next to other individuals with the same hustle mentality. Overall great environment!! They provide laundry room,break room and we have full access the building so we can come in as early or stay as late as we like Great for creating your own schedule!
