I will never go back to this bank again today I felt as though I was racially profiled. I just had to use the restroom, they all looked at me like i was going to hold the bank up. So the young man told me they were closed. It is 5:00pm and the sign on door says it close at 6:00pm!!! I have used the restroom at this bank more than once. I don't nooooo if my presents made them afraid, 6'4 299lbs and im a #BLACKMAN But at the end of the day i am a working citizen and a loyal customer. THEY LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH!!!!!!!!

It's not the branch I use most, but the location is near many shopping stops I frequent. Spacious, amenable staff, quick drive thru. Ingress and egress onto busy Morris Avenue can be tricky.

Everyone who is running this branch should be fired for mistreating it's customers. My husband went in and they were straight up racist towards him because of his name. The two behind the teller line literally made him repeat himself 20 times and laughed at him and rolled their eyes when he became frustrated. They even had the audacity to suggest that he should take English classes if he wants to live in America and Bank with PNC. He has literally lived here for 15 years and has a degree in English. They were simply basing their assumptions off of his name because it wasn't some regular basic American name like Christopher or Justin. They should all be fired and this branch is absolutely disgusting and xenophobic.

I would not recommend this bank. I felt very uncomfortable when I found out the assistant manager was punching my business partner to open an account with her to get commission for it. She also ask via my business partner via text message to send her a picture of my drivers license and social security to open me an account and I guess get commission out of it too. I suggest bankers don’t ask for personal information. 1) by text message 2) to someone that is not the person opening the account.

Damaged my car with their deranged drive thru curb that juts out 6 feet into a on the inside of a bend, so you can't even see how far it goes. Signs that many other cars hit the same curb.

Had to wait over 45 mins in the drive threw. I know covid hit but this is ridiculous. Other banks are open while PNC could care less. Taken my business some place else.

(5 Stars for Courtney)When I walked into the branch I was greeted right away. I was sent over to Courtney so she could help me. She also greeted me with a smile and introduced herself. Courtney was extremely patient the whole time dealing with me and answering all of my questions and any concerns I had. She was also able to relate to me which made it more comfortable for me to talk to her. Courtney is the true definition of a excellent employee for PNC. Her customer service skills are greatly appreciated. I definitely feel like she went above and beyond to do everything in her power to help me and explained different strategies that would be best for me. I hope this reaches her manager so they can understand how much of a great asset she is to PNC.

So I walked into this location on today to cash some work checks. Once in the location, I was greeted by a young woman who was very displeasant and rude. She questioned me in an interrogation type of way as if I didn't belong there. I am a former Federal Reserve employee and a current Hertz executive. This treatment is not acceptable and something needs to be done immediately. I will be taking further action.
