Hello, I went here last weekend to get a pedicure, and the service was good but the gel nail polish was not applied properly. It was on my skin and cakey at the bottom when I got home that’s when I noticed, just be mindful and make sure you don’t do the same thing I did and just leave. Look at them toes CLOSELY before walking out the door.

They need a better system for making appointments, I booked an appointment with Rosa over the phone she told me to come between 2:30-3:00 I showed up at 3pm and she claimed she never said that to me instead of trying to assist in the situation when I asked would happen she shrugged and said she had another appointment. You’d think I wasn’t a paying customer and I was asking a favor! I wouldn’t come back here and don’t recommended it!

This is a bad customer services. My second time coming after an appointment were already made, arriving to my appointment the lady at the front was so rude to the point I dislike this place of business. First she did the same, my lady asked me to leave a bad review I let it slide but the second need a wrost review a business can get. Poor Communication and I think the lady that always sit close to the register is rude and need a new place of work. And if she is one of the owner then she need to change her customer relations because it's poor.

They definitely have people doing nails that should not be doing nails. I gave this place a few tries but unless you catch a good nail tech you will get the crappiest nails. Today I got nails and the nails have different shapes, oval and almond (not my request, just sloppy work), also you can tell the nail shape is not even, they are skewed to one side. I was cut and bleeding in multiple fingers. Even with my speaking fluent Spanish, the is a lack of proper communication. I left disappointed as I wanted nice nails for my birthday and I got these. I am stuck with these for now.

I love Don he's a true artist. He takes his time and is very accommodating and personable. Amanda is great too if Don is unavailable Amanda is my go to as well. Everyone is very polite. The salon has convenient hours and great prices.

Maggie does mediocre work and her attitude is trash. Often times, my nails are crooked/ uneven, sometimes even bulky. She hates constructive criticism. All suggestions are met with huffs and puffs. It’s usually a hit or miss with her. Her demeanor definitely makes the experience unenjoyable.
Ruth and Amanda also display poor attitudes, often being rude and very blunt in their communication. While both provide decent work, their unpleasant demeanor makes it hard to overlook. It’s frustrating to find talent paired with such a negative attitude.
On the bright side, the pedicure team excels in their craft! They offer fantastic pedicures and are welcoming and patient, making the experience far more enjoyable. It’s a shame that the same can’t be said for some of the other service providers.

I have been coming to Princess Nails for a year now. In the last few months, I am loyal to and a huge fan of Ruth. Her work is amazing. She's fast but doesn't rush. She can create any design you show her and will also give suggestions if you ask. She's a gem!
For pedicure, I am a fan of Maria. She's calm and takes very time to make sure you feel relaxed.

It's a decent place to get your nails done. I usually get uv gel but they don't have many options for nail art. They do pedicures good as well.

Don’t do it. This place has zero ventilation. The place reeks of acetone the second you walk in and the equipment they use looks like it hasn’t been wiped down properly in ages. I left with a huge headache afterwards and will not be returning. Also seriously concerned regarding the sanitation of that place.

I was a customer there for over 15 years; however, once Cindy (precious owner) sold the business, I noticed the service and quality of nail care had changed dramatically! The nail technicians (especially KEloy) are very rude and unprofessional. The same can be said for the pedicure technicians. They think that because they speak Spanish, that customers do not understand how discriminating and nasty they are!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!
