Lazy and unprofessional. The lady with the braid made me feel stupid for nothing. There is no receptionist and every time you ask a question they get annoyed. They charge you to park which is crazy. They say you don’t need an appointment but penalize you if you don’t have one by making you wait three times as long. So make an appointment.

Don't come here! A bunch of nasty lazy women who eat and waste people's time! Very nasty attitudes. Whole staff needs to be replaced!

Got my blood drawn here. The staff were very friendly and patient. I was seen promptly after checking in. My phlebotomist was Helene, and she was awesome, very quick, and let me take all the time I needed to recover. 10/10 would recommend coming here.

It’s inhuman to keep customers in the waiting area WITH NO HEAT ON, it’s so cold in here and everyone freezing . How is that healthy, please turn on the heat!!! I am literally shaking, while waiting to be called. Not fair

I honestly don’t understand why you have to pay for parking. Moreover one of the nurses was extremely rude. I asked a simple question because that’s the first time and she just looked at me and gave a real snarky responds. If these are the people that get hired here then I will never be coming back

Service was excellent, location and parking were an issue. Difficult to get into the lot, and then parking machine would not accept change or credit card. Not worth the aggravation. Go to Roselle.

Very polite, professional and fast service! I've been there twice. One time it was average and this last time it was the quickest, most seemless experience I've had getting my blood taken! The nurse was extremely skilled and I barely felt the needle.
