“I needed to sell my mother’s Wall Township condo. Wall Township is four hours each way, so I was looking for the kind of listing agent that would go the extra mile and seamlessly handle the local leg work. I am so happy I picked Trish Modugno as my listing agent. She made this sale so easy.Trish was thoughtful, organized and communicative. During her second visit, Trish made suggestions to make the condo look more attractive with little effort or expense. Trish informally staged the place by rearranging some the existing furniture. She even brought some of her personal décor accessories to emphasize the condo’s kitchen features and patio space all free of charge. She spent several days building interest before the condo was open for viewing. Trish personally hosted the open houses, for feedback and to gauge level of interest from potential buyers.
