I had a very pleasant experience with michael. he was so attentive to my husband and I. He was so kind & knowledgable about everything red wing related. His main goal was to make sure my husband left there completely satisfied and he achieved just that. we will definitely be returning simply because of their associate. i highly suggest if you go there ask for michael.. you will not be disappointed !

What an amazing experience I had with John Silva & Jeremy Wilson store manger.
I came in with a broken boa system on my work boots. Jeremy & John immediately said no worries we can fix them. In the mean I was looking for another pair of boots while my originals were down. John was awesome! Showed me about 10 pairs they just didn't fit my feet the way I wanted. But during this whole time Jeremy was in the back figuring out a way to help me.
At the end John said I have great news Jeremy managed to fix your original boots I was so freaking happy ! thank you so much guys I will always be grateful to you both for going the extra mile and displaying what that true customer service is all about .

Big thanks to John and Jeremy for being apart of the buying experience, both of them were really in depth and helpful. The staff had a nice welcoming environment. I ended up buying a western work boot (Rio Flex).
Definitely will be coming back for another pair of boots when it’s time.

I had an amazing experience with Jeremy Wilson, the manager of the store last week. He helped me get the right fitting shoe after trying countless styles and sizes. The foot scanner gave me a great orthotic recommendation that helped a lot with my heel pain. I got some socks that are better than Darn tough! Check this place out and ask for Jeremy Wilson, he is the best and most attentive person I've dealt with in customer service in a long time!

This is our 3rd time at the Red Wing store in Union, met with John Silva who is an incredible salesman! My son and husband have a hard time finding boots that meet all their needs and John S. is the most knowledgeable and patient salesman we've ever encountered. What an asset he is to the store! There is a Red Wing much closer to our house (Woodbridge) but we travel to this Union store, only because of this young man. If he were to be transferred to the Edison store we would ecstatic!

Came in on Sunday and dealt with Jeremy W. What an insanely valueable individual to have in your stores! That guy knows boots better than anyone I've ever met. Scanned my foot, sold me a boot and insoles. He recommended some socks, I passed on those today but I want to come back to try some! He also showed me the care kits to protect my investment. Ill be back in 2 weeks to grab that and a few pairs of socks! He puts on a customer service clinic compared to anywhere else I've ever been both Red Wing and outside of Red Wing stores!

I went in to get a pair of boots, the moctoe heritage series. I wanted them in Black, and they were supposed to have it, but I think the website was a little wacky. They had a different color that I also really liked. I tried on a pair and walked out with him same day. Staff that day were absolutely amazing. Listened, provided some advice about the break-in because heritage boots need a little bit of TLC, and got some socks and a few other accessories to make the purchase complete and to fix up some other pairs of Red wings that I got last year. Got the boots home and of course wore them way too long, and the dudes told me I would, and so I switch shoes and went on with the day. Day. Next wear they are already breaking in. You're always tempted to buy a bigger size, but listen to the sales folks and make sure you go to a brick and mortar store and get your feet measured before you even think about shopping online. This was a great store on a great Sunday. Thanks everybody even though it was an hour from home, I'll be back!

I went in for some work shoes and walked out with a smile and happy feet thanks to the stellar service by the manager Jeremy and his associate John! I'll be sending everyone I know to see the guys at this store. They were a lot of fun! :)
