Big clean store, well organized with the nicest cashiers. The floral department is exceptional - those ladies do magic with flower arrangements. Great produce too!

I needed to use the men’s room and when I got out, my shopping cart was gone. I went to customer service. They made an announcement over the PA. My shopping cart couldn’t be found. It took me an hour to fill that cart. My two large yellow Lidl bags are gone. I had to fill up another cart. I hope this ShopRite goes out of business like the Pathmark before it. Then maybe a quality store like Wegmans would move in and price out the POS low life who shop here.

I have been going to ShopRite of Union for almost 15 years now. In the past year, I have encountered the meanest, rudest and most bitter employee of all time. Jessica makes shopping at the location uncomfortable and unpleasant. I complained to Vincent about her and it does not appear to have had an effect because she is still treating customers with the utmost disrespect. She makes it a point to harass and intimidate me whenever I am in the store. I should not feel uncomfortable while spending my money, so I will no longer be shopping at this location or any other ShopRite for that matter. There are many options for groceries in the area, so loyalty to a store where customers are not valued is pointless. By the way, this is a zero star rating.

Over 30 minute wait time for a scheduled order and the guy who gave me my order was rude. He told me one of his teammates forgot to bag some of the order. After I told him I have my own bags he told me to bag the rest of my items. Usually, when I go and choose the “I have my own bags” option they put the groceries in the bags at the trunk. When I told the guy he told me “times are changing”.

This is a great ShopRite. It has everything that a regular ShopRite has plus an extra section on prepared foods that is a great alternative to a restaurant.

I wish you can give no stars !!!!! Jessica needs to be trained on customer service ,I had a terrible experience at this store today. She was extremely rude and I cannot believe a woman in her position would can treat a customer that way. I normally don’t do things like this but I can imagine how many other customers were disrespected how comfortable it was for her to approach me in that manner she did today. I tried calling the store manager directly but no one answers the phone. I hope this reaches someone in management, someone needs to knows what is going on. Look at your reviews for the past months!!!!This was my first and last time shopping at this location. I don’t feel comfortable at all

I had a problem with a couple of things from a previous day's shopping trip. I used the self check-out and didn't realize I chose to get cash back. And since I was in a hurry I just grabbed the receipt and left. (The machine had a sign that said "no cash back".) I realized this a day after. So I went to guest services the next day and Ms. Diane patiently took the time to walk me over to the self-check out customer service and made sure I got my money back. Two ladies on duty at that time just "washed their hands" and told her they weren't responsible since they weren't on duty when it happened. I didn't catch the name of the supervisor at that time, but he gave me the refund after reviewing the camera footage. Then I also had a couple of items that rang up as regular price when it was supposed to be on sale. Ms. Diane told me I didn't get the savings cuz I didn't use my SR store card. I guess I was in such a hurry that I thought my card scanned since I heard a beep. Anyway, she made sure I got refunded for those items as well. That's great customer service right there! Thank you, Ms. Diane!

I love this Shoprite even do I already have 1 around the corner from where I live, but will choose this location 1st. It has so much more stock ups & the food Bar's is excellent you can choose from a variety ? wich I ?!!OHH FIND MORE SALES! ???

My shoprite from home experience this weekend was the worst. I waited fifteen minutes in the car after my time slot and nobody came. I actually had to call the store myself. When my order finally came out nobody apologized or barely acknowledged I was a person. The condition of my produce was horrible. A lot was rotted or spoiled and had to be thrown out. I also had to go inside the store myself for two items that were out of stock with no subsitutions (kiwis and bagels which they definitely had substitutions for). Such an awful experience. This service is supposed to cause less headache as a shopper not more.
