The new owners do a great work at very reasonable prices. Just switched here because my former dry cleaners' were getting outrageous. They're extremely nice people also. I'm about to bring in 8 suits in to get cleaned before I sell them.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Took my North face extreme vintage jacket to dry clean it picked it up the next morning I put it on and found huge hole on the side while checking came across more holes like if ripped my jacket apart. I have dry cleaned this jacket several times and never had this issue. The owner which was a lady very rude told me you are not my customer anymore she knows she was wrong and did not want to pay for the damage. Very wrong of her this jacket was one of my favorite ones which North Face no longer makes this model. I’m very upset this happen and just didn’t care about it. Just letting you know to be very careful with this place.

At my first time, I got a poor service and the manager was rude. My skirt didn't get the zipper fixed and wasn't well ironed. Even the blouse were sloppily ironed. I had these same service from other cleaners and was better. It is pity.Service: Alterations

HORRIBLE!! After 2 days late with my clothes needed for my vacation they finally admitted they couldn’t find them??. How and where does this happen. Then she has the nerve to laugh saying “it’s ok”. As I sat there waiting and waiting for my clothes it seems like they have a huge problem delivering customers clothes on time. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I brought a dress to be hemmed for a wedding I'm attending and when I picked up the dress I noticed that instead of hemming it they took scissors and just cut the bottom of the dress. They didn't even cut it straight. It looked like a toddler cut the bottom of my very expensive gown. When I brought it back to show the lady that owns the dry cleaners she said "no one sees the bottom of the dress". I had to argue with her to get a refund on the hemming that I paid for (let alone even try to get reimbursed for the dress they damaged). She was unapologetic, argumentative and made me seem like I was making a big deal over nothing. I have been a customer there for 10 years and have experienced other problems with their service but this by far was the worst. I will never use their service again and I would suggest others find an ethical dry cleaning company as this experience was a complete nightmare.

My husband took my boutique coat to this cleaner. Everything seemed fine. He picked up my coat this past Friday and I noticed it was missing the faux fur hood. He went back and the woman there said it was at a different location and he could pick it up Monday. I’m not sure why the had him pick up the coat with a pickup date of Thursday and did not return the coat to him in its entirety. That was a minor inconvenience but no big deal. He went to pick up the hood today and the faux fur looks destroyed. The fur is curly and it looks like they brushed it and made it matted. It is a complete disaster. This is my favorite coat and the hood is now ruined. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I cannot believe a professional cleaner does business this way.

GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! If you want to have clothes cleaned on time go somewhere else. The previous owners were wonderful. The new ones are awful!!! I was supposed to pick up my work uniform on Saturday, they told me "come back Monday". I can't come back on Monday because I need it for Sunday (I start my work on Sundays).Instead of hearing (at least) "sorry" I found the lady owner laughing. I would give zero stars if I could but Yelp doesn't let me.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Even after moving out of the area, I still drive out my way just to bring my clothes to Song’s.The best thing about this cleaners is the tailoring. I am very specific about how I want my clothes to fit. And from blazers, to jeans, to shirts, to chinos; they deliver my clothes exactly how I want. I’ve taken my clothes to other “expert” tailoring shops and never get the same experience.

I use the dry cleaning service here every other month. Kind professionals!! Had an emergency and needed next day dry cleaning. Song did not hesitate! Dress shirts are always pressed beautiful..no overstarching or odd chemical smells.
