I asked for a soak off, instead had my already brittle nails drilled off. Then the Spanish lady proceeds to do my acrylic with pink powder, which I did not ask for. As well as taking 2 hours just to not even put the gel correctly. Yes I complained, and no solution was offered. Will not be returning.

My toe became infected and that was it for me. They also don't use acrylic IT'S DENTURE POWDER!!!!!!!!!! This is what I was told by my new nail tech. It took them 3 hours to take that nonsense off. Please believe the reviews. Rude and nasty is what you get. I just kept going because I liked who did my feet. But when you understand that you shouldn't put money where you are not appreciated you'll stop. It's not worth it.

They charge premium prices for subpar work. The quality has gone tremendously over the last few years. There are new workers who just sit around and really don’t know what they are doing. They don’t invest in their business, When tools break they do not fix them. Disgusting. Also parking now is a hassle since there are new apt buildings being built.Services: Pedicure

Star nails has gone down in quality over the last few years. They charge for premium service but the actual service is crappy and poor. Its sad because Ive been a customer for many years and I'm now looking for another salon to service me.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and every year it just gets worse. I think this is my final- “I’ve had it moment”. The quality is terrible and the workers are rude. I had the lady burn my foot because the water was so hot. I disregarded it as a mistake but then just look LOOK at my pedicure. I don’t have crooked feet but this lady filed my toe nail as if I have bunions and my toes face in a crooked direction. Not only that but the polish is put on terribly and their selection is polish that is alll old. I have never had such a poorly executed pedicure and I don’t even understand how this place continues to have business. So disappointed and will never come back here.

Never a wait however, all the "nail techs" aren't nail techs. They are not professional trained. The girl whondis my nails last week filed my nail to low. The gel manicure lasted less than a week and do not let them do your eyebrows.

Rushed and painful, sloppy paint job. No fresh acrylic for my needed nail. Supplies was not fresh. The eye brow threading is no longer provided. Very rude customer service.

I always go to Jenny and she does an amazing job! If you go here, go to Jenny! I've been seeing her for almost 5 years now! Nails are usually around $75

Horrible manicure, also told the lady it was for my wedding . I had asked for a full set with French tips. Asked them to fix it, it was getting worse when fixing so I asked to just paint the nails all white. The lady said she was going to charge me twice because of it. Never will go back to this place. Horrible! I received a gift certificate for Christmas which is supposed to be valid for 6 months, I went there in May and they did not want to honor it because they said it was old. They finally agreed after arguing with two women that the certificate wasn't 6 months old yet. I then returned a second time and after getting my eyebrows waxed I asked the man at the front for change of a $50, he shorted me $5 and gave be back $45. SNS manicures are thin and horrible, pedicures ok but do not last long. Will never return and would urge you not to waste your time and money here.

Do not waste your time and money here. The manager is rude to his staff. It makes the environment uncomfortable. I walked in and requested a full acrylic set and a pedicure. I knew from previous experience that this salon does not do any creative designs. They only offer lackluster lines and flowers painted on to the nails, nothing up to date. I felt my request was simple enough. I did not want a design....I did not want to be disappointed by their lack of options and creativity. My nail polish is clumpy. She cut my toe nails so short she drew blood. My left toe nail is shorter and oddly shaped compared to my right toe. There is a hole in my skin because she cut the nail so short. I could go on and on. To be clear this was not just a bad nail tech. With the exception of 2 or 3 this is the service you will receive. Why spend your money and cross your fingers, hoping you get a decent BASIC Job. There are tons of other salons in the area. Any salon has to be more competent then this one.

It is not worth coming here to spend your money here. They do a sorry job with your nails and RUDE!!!!! Especially the lady in the front near the window. Nails are lifting after two days!!!!!! Then you come tell them how bad of a job they did and they don't even show no concern for your time and money. Black people stop supporting these types of businesses!!!!! Trash

Their pricing is not consistent for add-on services. The manager/proprietor lied about an increase in prices within the last 2 years; though I’ve had the same add-on service multiple times within the last year and paid less for the service. Very disappointed.Service: Pedicure

Worst place for nails. When you tell them the polish is too thick and you need it off the tech give an attitude. Apparently it's only like 2 techs that can actually do nails everyone just do the basic stuff.. do not go there..
