We have been servicing our WRX here since we had it two year ago. The regular service is great and waiting area is pleasant: there is a good space to work and decent snack and drinks.Other than that, there were a couple of times that we needed a bit of extra help and they went above and beyond. One time that we had a long repair they had a high trim courtesy car that we enjoyed having for 2 weeks ?. The other time there was a cosmetic damage to a small part in the cabin. One of the staff (Leo) had a quick fix and ordered a part to fully replace it for us free of charge.Overall amazing!!

Quick courteous service. They brought back snacks. Free wifi and cable tv in the waiting room.

Great service, a complete car wash with every servicing. Large waiting area with snacks . Valet drop off.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!! I brought in my recently purchased vehicle for a few issues and was given my vehicle back with more issues. Don't bother contacting suburu of america they were helpless/ useless. The manager Kirk at this location is just as incompetent as the " technicians". In addition to the issues my vehicle was given back to me dirty and an unstructured inspection sticker.

Amazing service! A simple fix and Dom had my car at 100%. Front desk staff were super welcoming. Dom explained the issue so I could handle it next time. I was in and out in minutes.

Car in for a recall on an airbag. Identified minor issues I knew about, good job on them. I'm taking care of them myself, I'm able to work on my own car. It would definitely help someone else that might not know. No pressure to have them do the work. Just letting me know what they found. I love that.

Real unimpressed. Went there first time, for minimal service. Staff were aloof, unwelcoming, unfriendly, inattentive. No one seemed to like their job. Terrible first customer service experience. Will only use them when necessary.
