The guy in gas station sucks I don’t know how the owner makes money at night time he always goes to his car and be on his
Phone .. you pulled up and he acts like
He don’t see you .. waits a few minutes to see if you leave a then comes over .. this has happened multiple times .. I’m pretty sure other have experienced the same

No internet and the 1 guy who's there is no help. No internet at all so if you want to use it he'll tell you to pay him for it, same thing with mobile hotspot! If you need it you won't get it

In Hartsville, SC the cashiers are rude and always talking on their phones or to someone who’s there visiting them while they are waiting on you. Their posted prices are also always wrong and even the manager gives circular nonsense reasons why. Seems like Sunoco doesn’t care about what goes on in their stores though since they don’t respond to any of these negative reviews.

Fire Marissa Drysdale from the local store in dothan al she was very rude and Banned Me from the store because me and her daughter used to date and she got her daughter a job there so now I can't go to that store

Don't ask guests to beg around the clerks for toilet tissue who insist its not their job its your job to find their boss and ask him. Tell these clerks to not limit your access to the store because they want to clean the area and you are in the way. Take away the earbuds, pay attention to the people who enter your shop, cut down on the uppity smirking, how about returning the greeting when someone says good morning instead of deadpanning a look of disdain and curling the lip? How about that first? Nobody needs your gas or your merchandise so desperately to tolerate open hostility

Horrible customer service experience with Sunoco / citibank credit card. I’ve now closed the account we’ve had for decades. Will never use either company and will never recommend them.

Went to buy items, card was declined. Tried again, same thing. I did not receive the items. Then checked my phone and I was charge twice for the items I did not receive. Then one was credited back. I was still charged once for items I did not receive. They laugh at me and kicked me out of the store when i showed them my purchase history on my phone.
