Worst banking experience Ive had so far. Went in to get an ATM card for an account set up in my name. I was told to sign into the tablet which I did, and then ended up waiting a whole hour+ when I was next up the entire time. After waiting for an hour I finally get sit down and talked with for less than 5 minutes. Dude said Id get my card in the mail in 5 days and its already been 2 weeks so im assuming he didnt even bother to put in the request in to order the card.

This was by far the worst banking experience i ever had i even called a day before hand to make sure i have all the right documents to open an account and made an appointment so everything goes smooth. So when i showed up 10 min early it wasn't busy at all there wasn't many customers like 1 or 2 including me so i went t the counter and the guy told me to sign in on the tablet which i did waited 15 min before i was called a guy named Marvin was supposed to help me out but all he did was repeat himself i explain to him that i called yesterday and they told me all i needed was an ID , Social, bill in my name. i handed everything to him he took it and said ok i even told him i the beginning if he couldn't do it that he should get his manager so i can explain the situation to him Marvin was on the computer for approx. 15-20 min before printing out a sheet of paper of what i should bring i took the paper and pointed out i had majority of the doc then i ask him to get his manager as i stated before i sit down waited another 20 min mind u its not packed there's like a costumer or 2 i saw Marvin coworker and asked him how long does he think the manager would take he said he'll try to help me i give him my ID, social, address bill then he proceed to ask me question like how old am i where do i live question that unrelated to opening an account. Then i asked for my documents back told them never mind ill bank with chase.BY FAR THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD WOULDNT WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY

You cannot find it any worse. This branch only wastes your time and tells you that you are free to go to any other branch. 1 hour wait in the line and after that they made mistakes on wire transfer. I had to cancel my transaction because I dont have money to waste.

Just wanted to to write this to give thanks to Virginia Moscone for helping me. I believe at the time, she was the only one available to help customers and there were at least 4 people ahead of me in line. She handled my issue effortlessly and I wish her all the blessings for her future. Excellent customer service!

I'm a customer here and although I give the employee who helped me (Virginia)10 stars for her excellent customer service. I had to give this actual place 2 stars because their location is disgusting. I wore all white on my last visit and the leather peeling from their couches was all over my outfit and my skin.
. I immediately got a nasty rash on my skin that touched the filthy couches in their waiting area. It smells like old carpets when you walk in as well. The desk are beat down with broken table tops. Splinter accidents waiting to happen. When I grabbed my sweater to leave it got caught up on the broken and exposed wood on the young lady's desk. So now my sweater has a hole in it. TD BANK OWNERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR APPEARANCE!! This is not fair to the customers or their employees. Terrible ! However Virginia was amazing and helped me in a quick and professional manner.

I been with TD for at least 10 years..The first day I joined them I've been a satisfied customer..They slow to death when u in line inside the bank but other than that great bank.
