You know how I know TeleCloud is a good vendor? I hear no issues from my staff. I don't personally get involved with office operations, only when there is an un-resolvable issue. As long as we have been working with them, never a chirp about phone issues!

You call Vince, he answers. You have an issue, he gets right back to you with an action plan and then keeps following up to keep you abreast of the progress until the problem is solved.

We upgraded from an older Toshiba Phone system to Tele Cloud.The new system and service is really helping our organization integrate our commercial agents and our new way of work.So much has changed in the last 2 years and TeleCloud helped get us into 2022 technology needs.It was a pleasure working with the entire team they answered all of our questions and concerns we had as a company.We are in the business of selling businesses, we have only had the system for two weeks and I see the benefits already, I received a phone call at the office which was then forwarded to my cell phone early one morning, this was from a multi store owner looking to sell multiple locations, I sometimes wonder if we did not Have this new phone system in place Would I have been able to Connect with this New potential client.Needless to say very happy with system & TeleCloud
