Does anyone work here? Went to buy lighting and tiles for a store renovation. Employees don't respond to pages for help in the aisles. Everyone is on break, no employees in the aisles to help. For the employees that are walking around no one knows anything and doesn't want to help. What's going on with this store? Off to somewhere else.

When I was doing a huge backyard project the workers there showed me where everything was. They helped me figure out what were the best tools to use and materials to get the best results. Now my yard looks amazing!

I had such a great experience at this store! I was looking for a fire hydrant for my boss (I don't know a thing about them) and Angelene (Angie) was so so helpful! And to top it off she had the best attitude and energy while she made my goal her own. I haven't had such a great customer service experience in so long. I hope if you go through this store you get to have the help of such a willing and wonderful person! Look for the excellent nails! On top of that, the checkout people were great. I was very confused with the self checkout but they were very kind and understanding. Quick as well!

terrible service at this Home Depot. all around there are many careless individuals that staff the store. I can't even say that they work there because it seems like they don't really care about taking the time to learn where things are for when you ask them for guidance. the customer service area is terrible also. the cashiers there try to scam customers out of leaving the spare change from their returns stating that the register does not have any silver change to give exact change, except for pennies. today the cashier try to steal 63 cents from me after she had closed the register. then she offered to give me 63 cents in pennies and I told her to just give me a full dollar

I need to buy some pipe for a project and every time I come to buy this pipe they never have the guy here to cut it. I come in today and find a perfect sized pipe already cut and up on the shelf, I thought I was in luck for once. I bring it up to the register but they can't sell it to me because it wasn't priced by the imaginary pipe cutting guy who is never here. I'm so angry, it's been weeks my project is on hold because they never have the pipe cutting guy here. They told me to go wait for him he'd be back by 5, it's 5:20 and the pipe cutting guy is still nowhere to be found. I'm going to Lowes.

Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. I can assure you having been with Home Depot in the window installations business for over 8 years now they consistently favor on the side of taking care of the customer including any service concerns and issues." It's b******* because the salespeople will be long gone by the time you file a claim. It's what's in the contract that you sign that matters in the eyes of the law; not a marketing brochure or said in an email. Plygem/Simonton's customer service rep, Mikka, told me that they get lots of complaints from unhappy customers when Home Depot does not honor the warranty. Moreover, they told me HD's (underpaid) subcontractor installers make a lot of mistakes. All confirmed by Simonton's supervisor, Lori Hendershot. The 6500 series window itself is warranted for 20 years and prorated afterwards. This is taken from their contract. Workmanship is only for 1 year! 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Home Depot warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, Home Depot may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than Home Depot or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay Home Depot as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR GIVEN BY HOME DEPOT OR SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY FOR FITNESS OF PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY OTHER ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. HOME DEPOT'S EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED FOR ANY DEFECT CAUSED BY ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACTS OF GOD, LACK OF PRESCRIBED OR STANDARD MAINTENANCE, OR IMPROPER CARE/CLEANING. ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES PROVIDED FOR GOODS, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH BY HOME DEPOT TO YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR REMEDY OF ANY DEFECT IN SUCH GOODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT. HOME DEPOT MAY ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS.

The poor customer review scores on here make total sense. I only stopped at this Home Depot because it was close to a Target where I ordered something online for pickup. All I needed were copies of keys for my new apartment and screws to hang curtains. I find the screws aisle and the first employee I see, before I even open my mouth, tells me they don't work in that department. OK thanks. She did offer to find someone after a minute or so of me struggling to find what I was looking for, but she couldn't find anyone after several minutes. So I get my keys copied from the machine by the entrance. I made 2 copies of the same key -- ALL were brass and $2.98. I went through self checkout and all 1 of the brass keys rang up at $3.98. The self checkout attendant called over the manager and she examined the keys and told me that the barcode on one is different, makes sense. It said it was a painted key, when it was clearly brass. I thought at this point she would override the charge but she insisted there was nothing she could do it was obviously correct (as if machines and the people who replenish the key supply of said machine can't make a mistake)? I gently pushed back saying that doesn't make sense, they're clearly the same key but she was not budging so I went ahead and purchased the keys, but needed her to void a few since she had rescanned them to see what the issue was. She was so condescending when it came to removing the extra keys and acted like I created this massive inconvenience (trust me, ma'am, I didn't ask for this). She proceeded to shout to everyone in the self checkout area how this is her last day for 2 weeks as she's getting on a plane tomorrow and going on vacation. So clearly she was checked out and I was caught in the crossfire of her bad attitude. I know we're only talking $1.00 here, but it's the principle of the thing. Good news is I took it to another Home Depot and they saw it was clearly an error and they rectified the situation. Including a picture of the keys below for reference.

This is a "Super" Home Depot. I don't find it anything special. I like Lowe's better and they have better prices. There's a Dunkin inside though.

Put on your walking sneakers because this place is HUGE! Like massive! I have never seen a Home Depot so big, bright, beautiful & organized! Oh and they have a Dunkin' Donuts! When you walk in they have bath and kitchen set ups, they have plenty of appliances to look at, also a design center. If you're looking for new doors, this place has plenty on display. The workers are very helpful in letting you know exactly where stuff is, because believe me you will need it. I thought since this was a superstore they would have more outdoor stuff then a regular Home Depot, but unfortunately for me it was the same stuff, just better displayed & more organized. Besides that I would definitely go back, they had plenty of stuff in stock, check out was a breeze, and I can have coffee while I spend hours here.

Came here as I was driving through the neighborhood and remembered that there was a Dunkin' Donuts inside and it's one of the few DD's that service a good ole fashioned sugared donut. Place was empty so grabbed a few cleaning items and left. At least with the app, they tell you where things are so you can get in and get out and avoid the madness.
