“Soooo here's my experience.
My car was impounded on a Friday, due to a DMV error.
Saturday- 1st contact was with David to get the charges for the release. At that point it was $380 which is ROBBERY for not even 24 hours. Most places contracted with the police are overpriced. He was cordial and to the point. Not super friendly, but wasn't rude either.
Monday- I make it to pick up my car. Almost $500 for the tow and 3 days storage. SMH
The 2 guys that assisted me were cordial, answered my questions with no problem. While waiting for my car, the workers in the yard that passed me all checked to see if I needed help.
My only complaint was the amount of dirt on the car from the yard and foot prints in my car.
I'd like to believe if you come with good energy, it'll be returned. I was polite in turn they were polite to me.”

He was actually too responsive and had to cancel my initial request. With that being said, this is my third time dealing with this company and haven’t had any issues in my time with them. I do plan on using them in the future and you should as well.”

“I can’t thank Mountain Auto Body and DJ enough for their outstanding work. I was in the process of returning my Tesla lease and, after completing the self-inspection through the Tesla app, was quoted nearly $4,000 for excess wear and tear. I’ve leased many vehicles over the years and have never seen anything close to that, every little detail was being flagged, which felt excessive.
I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Mountain Auto Body. DJ quickly assessed the situation and reassured me that the damage was nowhere near what Tesla had quoted. He took photos and, within just a few hours, provided me with an estimate that was about half the cost, much more reasonable and fair.
I moved forward with the repairs, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The turnaround time was about a week, and the quality of work was excellent. You truly couldn’t tell there had been any damage at all.
Highly recommend DJ and the team at Mountain Auto Body for their honesty, professionalism, and top-quality work. Thanks again!”
