I am a 65 old lady , I went to the union store
In morris ave , with a package that needed
To be put together (cardboard box) , and place the item to be return inside . I brought my tape. I mentioned to the owner what was about to do and he didn’t even offer to help me . I went on my arthritis knees with a lot of pain and was really struggling to closed the box with the tape together, spent about 15 minutes and couldn’t figure out . This person mentioned nothing , there was a girl working with thin that day , couldn’t he told her to help me ? . I cannot believe , that we, the customers have to put up with this disrespect and lack of consideration . people wanted to be in business . Guess what? , learn first how to treat the customer , we are the ones who keep your business up and running. I’m not coming back and hopefully everybody read this review .

Poor communication. And very bad customer service. And miss leading customers thinking that there is going to be insurance on there packages and no insurance was issued at all

I paid $45 for express overnight shipping for an envelope from Union New Jersey to Huntington Long Island New York and im still waiting for the envelope after 3 days

Completely rude female worker today around 4pm. Went in to send an important letter with UPS account of recipient. She said, 'Oh, we don't do that here. You have to go to a corporate center.' When I expressed confusion given this was a UPS store and asked where one was, she walked into the back and never came out. LAME.

Store associate did not acknowledge me at all, stared blankly. Then sucked teeth and slammed packages when I asked for a bigger box. Horrible horrible horrible experience. 10/26/24 at 3:45 pm.

I went to UPS today to return my Fashion Nova items and the Asian guys was very rude. His face already showed he had an attitude as I was approaching him. I proceeded to place my item on the counter and he asked me what am I returning and I told him these items. He then proceeds to start bugging out saying how my items need to be boxed and they can’t be returned this way in an aggressive manner. Meanwhile the box was literally in my hands as he was saying this. I then asked if I could use the tape and he let out a deep sigh as if I’m asking for too much. I can clearly see in these reviews he has multiple complaints from different people so clearly these reviews are useless. I received an attitude which was so uncalled for….

I usually receive good service at this location, but today was an exception. I encountered Jaimie, and she was rude and dismissive. I asked about notary services, which I've used here before. When Kyle asked if she could assist, she sharply responded, “No, I’m busy and she needs an appointment.” I was the only customer in the store at the time. When I asked her directly, she replied with attitude, “I’m not doing this with you,” and walked to the back of the store. Thankfully, Kyle was very helpful and walked me through the appointment process. Thank you, Kyle, for your assistance. UPS should be mindful of who represents their company, as employees like Jaimie could negatively impact customer service and the overall business.
